So I looked around for racks for quite some time, trying to find the most bang for my buck. I personally use to have Visions Racks in the past and prefer a type of rack like this, this was a bit more expensive on top of my main issue room temperature, my reptile room is currently in my office (which I use) and the temps get a little cool in there.
I called Jeff a couple weeks ago to see if he could add a 2nd layer of Heat Tape as every other inquiry I had they said NO, except boaphile which was a 10-12 week lead time. Jeff said this was no problem, he wired them separate from each other, labeled them and even put a pedestal on for me (no charge for the pedestal).
It's not completely set up yet, just snapped a quick picture. Paid $279/shipped with the extra heat tape (recessed in).
Throughout the transaction, and the entire process all I had to do was drop Jeff an email and I got a call within a few hours the same day.
Jeff called today to make sure I got it in, and everything was right good customer service, fair price.
Now I need to finish filling this one up so I can order another
