Live Arrival Guarantee
Live arrival is guaranteed, package must be accepted on first delivery attempt and temperatures must be below 90F or above 40F. US sales only. Shipping will occur on Tuesday or Wednesday after your order is placed, any delays in shipping due to weather or unforeseen circumstances will be communicated via the email provided.
Refund Policy
Dead on arrival animals must be reported within the same day of receiving the shipment. Photos of the dead animal must be provided. Carrier delays are fully covered and guaranteed under the live arrival guarantee. Freebies do not fall under the live arrival guarantee. Buyer can either choose to replace the animal with one of the same species or choose a refund of the animal purchase price. If an animal is out of stick, buyer can choose another animal of equal value, receive store credit, or receive a refund of the animal purchase price.
