    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

I currently have an argentine b&w female who is very well tempered. She is 26" long now and I am looking for a similar sized tegu to house with her. Female is preferred. Some say you can house males with females but I have never experienced that. Got a very tame male? I would consider it. Anyways what I am looking for is a chacoan, a b&w with high white, or even just a regular b&w if no one has a chacoan or a high white. I am located in Fort Kent Maine.

opposite sex parings work the best IME. some people have had luck with female pairs, male parings have never worked long term for me. i've got 2 m/f pairs that do fine together and haven't had any unwanted breedings or anything like that. but always be prepared to split them up if need be, sometimes they will get along just fine but things can change as they get older. some tegus dont like any other tegus, some don't mind company while others seem to form bonds.

Thanks i appreciate it! I will be ordering a chacoan high white yearling from tegu terr. Johnny sent me a message on facebook and let me know he had some. Maybe i will go with a male? Hmm
