In short, DON'T! Email notices are to ONLY alert you of a reply to your private message or your ad on this site. Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

Yeah, I know. They are a pain in the butt. But they pay the bills to keep my server running. Just a fact of life, I am afraid.

Want to get rid of them? Simple. Just become a Contributor level member or above and they will be gone. -> Please click HERE."

Is that too much for me to ask of you to keep this site running? Well, sorry about that. I too wish I could get everything for free. But alas.....

    =====================

Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

Can I sell pyros to some one in AZ

I was wondering if I could sell pyros "nonlocality " from UT to some one in AZ . What about AZ locality ones?

thanks for the help

Jason

I know I could not sell them when we were at a show in Tempe nor our Cal kings but I am not sure about shipping them over. I would have to say no but not too sure.

This is an amazing source

we use this all the time to see what is allowed to be owned in each state and what need permits to own, what is endangered and protected. We had one instance one guy wanted a sertain reptile and when we looked it up it stated that he had to apply for a state permit to own these. It states for Arizone what the native reptiles are and such but it does not go into the details of being able to bring them across shipped or transported. Transported by car( I am asuming shipped would fall under the same catagory) I know can not be done we are in california and we went for a show and I sell them out here as well as my Cal kings but could not take them there. The book for reference is:

A Field Guide to reptiles and the Law
By John P. Levell
the distributers # is 612-470-5013 and are located in MN if you can not find or order it in a book store give them a call. Hope this helps.

Why cant you sell Calkings in Az? Im really interested in hearing this, becuase I know for a fact you can. Every shop has them I my self sell them along with most venders at shows sell them. Game and Fish have no regs over Calkings.

But you are right Pyros are not to be sold here or shipped here.

Take care

Anything about large constrictors? Retics in particular. I've been looking but haven't seen anything.

Not at the state level. You'll need to check the city regs for that information.

Arizona in general is pretty good about reptiles. I have been able to talk with Game and Fish on a few occasions and it was rather painless.

Just to keep them? Also, can you have CB snakes that are native there shipped from somewhre else, or would I have to get them from someone in the state? Ive been looking around to find the answer but havent had any luck.

Thanks
