Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

Im so sorry to here that! Are you taking any action and reporting him? There has to be something that could be done. He needs a foot full of justice shoved up his a**!! ANd Id like to give it to him.. It jsut makes me sick to hear about that. Let us know if anything else happens.
 
wow that is alot of good information, maybe kelli could report this guy now that we know what he looks like. I wonder how many of those geckos are stolen?????

He may also be using the name Teddy Amgerieux...as this is the name he gave me on another forum.
 
This guy is nothing more than a lieing sack of poo poo and scam artist.

Luckily for us, we didn't ship a damn thing to this loser. Was sending us a "down payment", promised it was " on the way", " don't know what happened with the wire transfer", " don't know why the money didn't get to you yet"...etc..etc..etc..also wanted to pick up in Hamm.

Also told us that he has a friend by the name of Michel Klumpers that is supposedly very well known by us US breeders and would "vouch" for him. Seems no one ever heard of this Michel Klumpers either.

This scammer even went as far as to email me a forged wire transfer receipt stating that a wire transfer had been initiated to my bank account.

Kelli...I've got some additional info that's too sensitive for public viewing...call me.
 
This is one of the most disheartening things I have heard about in awhile. Isn't it illegal for a person to falsify a bank document even in another country?

I wonder how many others this POS has scammed ?

Sorry to hear that Kelli,

Here's some information from me, an oversea buyer. I have all sellers ship to my exporter in the US, then my exporter export animals to me though.

When I wire money to sellers in the US, the money will get there in 24 hours from the time I complete the transaction on my side.

I had problem once when I put in the wrong ABA(or something), but my bank called me the same day and inform me that so I can rewire money the next day.

My point is that if any oversea buyer says "the wire might take a while to get to you" it's more likely bullcrap. Unless your bank do not except international wire, I think some local banks in smaller towns can't get international wire. One time my seller's bank do not accept international wire. So I pay pal him.

All I can say is you guys are good. Kelli, it's a shame this happened in the first place, those are beautiful geckos and knowing they are in the hands of a scammer makes me ill. I really hope he pays the piper in the end!!
