    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

I have 51 ARS 1050 racks, one 3021 rat rack, and one 2020 raising rack. You can view this style of rack at www.arscaging.com. I have pictures of my racks if you have further interest in this style of rodent rack. I have 1000 extra 1050 tubs for cleaning purposes. The retail price of the 1050 is $2245, the 3021 is $1795, and the 2020 is $2195. I am located in Southern Illinois. I posted this picture. I have more if anyone wants to see the other racks.

I AM SELLING THE RACKS FOR $1,500.00 EACH.

If you are interested in multiple racks (10 or more) I will offer a discount.

The racks are used. Some are about 3 years old and the rest are about 2 years old. As you can see from the picture they are in great shape.

I am in the process of downsizing my operation to concentrate on other projects.

Thanks for the compliments. We designed the facility from the ground up specifically for small animal production. That is a picture of just one aisle.

Since starting this business we have had other things come up that are starting to take more of our time, so we have choose to downsize. We would possibly be interested in being done completely if someone would be interested in buying us out. At that time we would just use the building for some of our other projects.
 
I have attached a picture of the one rat rack (style 3021) for sale.

The 2020 rack is sold.

There are 49 of the 1050 racks left at this time.

I have three different types of tubs for sale. Which ones are you referring to?
The 5050 tub?
the 3021 tub?
tub with wire top?

I have had some people ask if I would sell just a level of a rack. I am only selling the racks in 10 level units. I do not want to break them up. Sorry.
 
Update

I have 30 ARS 1050 rodent racks left.

I do have some extra tubs left that I will sell along with a purchase of racks or when I have sold the rest of the racks and I have them left over.
