In short, DON'T! Email notices are to ONLY alert you of a reply to your private message or your ad on this site. Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

Yeah, I know. They are a pain in the butt. But they pay the bills to keep my server running. Just a fact of life, I am afraid.

Want to get rid of them? Simple. Just become a Contributor level member or above and they will be gone. -> Please click HERE."

Is that too much for me to ask of you to keep this site running? Well, sorry about that. I too wish I could get everything for free. But alas.....

    =====================

Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

This is not the first time you all are hearing this name and I am sure it will not be the last. She has been brought up on theft before as well as IBD in her collection back in 2010. This time it is for theft again but at a whole new level.

Ashley Anasagati previuosly known as Caspillo had two snakes from Alan Serrano approx a year ago (Bolivian Boa and Blood Python). Alan had owed me some money from previous business and he did not have funds so he offered me 4 snakes, two of which were/are in Ashleys possession. Alan asked me to contact her since she previuosly lived at my house. I contacted her and sent her all the screenshots of my conversation with Alan. She told me that she had taken care of them for so long and a bunch of other excuses to delay this transaction. She later tells me she does not have the Bolivian anymore. She claims to have sold it. I asked her why she would sell someone elses animal that she had on breeder loan and keep her own? This has to be one of the lowest forms of theft yet.

I am still without any of the snakes from her and everytime I post a BOI on Facebook she has it removed and I have even been blocked for 24 from posting. I have all the screenshots below to show how this went down.

DO NOT DO ANY BUSINESS WITH ASHLEY ANASAGASTI (CASPILLO).....

I have been following this since David first posted it on facebook, every chance her and her boyfriend, husband, whoever he is, get the posts deleted and reported the ones on his Facebook and his wife's facebook, both were banned from posting for 24 hours. The only reason to have them deleted is to hide this from the public instead of doing the right thing and giving up the snakes. I believe she still has the Bolivian and just doesn't want to give it up which is still theft.

They need to do the right thing and give up the snakes that were given to David as payment for a deal. She offered a baby so obviously the breeding loan has been completed and is not trying to keep the snakes, or money she made from selling SOMEONE ELSE'S snake!

Do you at least have the blood python yet? If not I'd grab it ASAP before it also disappears.

Whether or not Ashley sold Alan's Bolivian isn't your concern, Alan owes you something in its place - either cash, snake(s), or something else you both agree on - since he can't produce it.

If anyone files a theft report with the cops it should be Alan since the snake belonged to him when Ashley sold it.

I was informed I could not file the police report due to the circumstances above which is why I have not. This does not mean I cannot do a BOI for her lack of business ethics. I do not have the blood yet but I have it in writing that it is mine now and she admits to still having it so if it disappears then I have a case.

Due to my infraction am re-uploading the images as files.

Wait, you *willingly* pursued the option to actually obtain snakes from Ashley knowing who she was? You, sir, are not the brightest bulb in the pack.

I'm sorry you got screwed over on your deal, but let it be a lesson to everyone else reading this: If someone owes you money, THEY need to pay with cash/goods. Never let someone refer to someone else that owes them money as a payment.

If you were confused the snakes belong to Alan, the guy who was making the payment. Ashley has 2 on breeding loan and obviously that loan is finished since she will be having babies of the one she claims to have sold. So it wasn't really her place to say no considering they aren't her snakes, they belong to the guy who made the deal with David. Whether or not she did sell it it's still theft as she either sold something that isn't hers, or is saying she did so she can keep it for herself. I really hope criminal charges are pressed.

Oh sorry, I guess I wasn't clear. I totally agree with you Elexis, Ashley should have handed over the snakes immediately.

But I also don't think it was fair for the owner of the snakes (Alan) to put the task of getting the snakes onto the fellow whom was owed money (David). The person who owns the snakes and owes the money should pick them up and personally give them to the person that is owed the money. By adding the third person into the third party transaction, there are just that many more things that can go wrong, and it's not fair to the person that should be getting paid (in this case David).

It's not David's fault that Ashley sold (or is covertly holding) Alan's snakes, and it's also not his fault that Ashley feels Alan abandoned the snakes. Either way, David should be paid and should not have to accept a snake of lesser value (or that may not even exist).

I don't know any of these people, this is just my objective third party opinion. I was just saying that for others reading this, the lesson learned should be not to allow someone who owes you something to refer you to a third party to collect THEIR debt. The person should collect their own debt and then pay the first person with cash/goods received, if that makes sense. Then if the third person can't pay, it's up to the person owing money to find another way to pay.

So yes, David needs to be paid cash/goods, whatever was agreed to. Ashley needs to give up the snakes, or if she sold them, then to replace them or pay cash for the value. So David I hope you get your money and/or your snakes.

Doesn't matter.
Alan is the person who owes David. Alan should be the one responsible for making payment, to David, or getting his own snakes to give over to David (or to have them sent to David).
Legally, Alan is the one responsible since he is the one with a "contract" with David. David should not have to go chasing a third person for what he is owed by someone else.

It is still a lesson learned.
One should never agree to getting payment from a third person.
A person should make the person, who owes, do the work of obtaining any goods/payment and sending it to "you" (the person owed).

For the sake of clarification:
I am, of course, not saying Alan is a bad person, or anything of the sort, (at this time) since David did, after all, agree to Alan's offer/terms.

That said, I, personally, would never want a snake that has been in Ashley's possession. <yikes>

As for Ashley, herself, it does appear that she has done Alan wrong.
As long as Alan did not relinquish ownership of his snakes, over to Ashley, she had/has no right to sell them nor to part with them, in any way, other than back to Alan or to wherever Alan requested/requests.
