    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

Animal control showed up at her house and told her not to bring the big snakes outside anymore, lol.

She can't get any testing done, she won't refund Kyle what she owes him, and she's trying to take in more snakes? Does she just not have a limit? Is there no end? Seriously?

I know I'm disgusted.
 
In my opinion I think AC needs to remove the animals anyway and they should be euthanized. I think they don't want to remove them because of the disease potential in the collection, so they can't be rehomed... OK, so, if that's the case, then why not just remove them anyway and euthanize them all?

It's absolutely ridiculous.
 
im not sure if this was brought up farther back or not and didnt wanna read that far.. i kept up with this for a while then lost interest.. and have been watching it here and there... but did anyone notice this...? http://www.redtailboa.net/forums/br...6807-casper-constrictors-pairings-2011-a.html

if she didnt get the test done... and might have IBD why breed? i have a feeling she is gonna try to post under a different name... or use a family member or her boy friends name for snakes... be careful if you buy from anyone around where she lives.... just wanted to point this out if no one else did.. and if someone did sorry for bringing it up again.!

Yeah that was noted, but it looks like some were paired up so there might
be babies on the ground. I would continue to look at CL and other, more anonymous outlets for advertising in her area.
 
im pretty close to her... i watch the ads as much as possible.. if she does post anywhere i highly doubt she will even use her names... i think its funny she has completely disappeared from all the websites.... shame on her... hope she gets what she deserves for treating her animals so poorly and breeding possible unhealthly animals..

At this point I just don't think they are concerned with it. Regardless of how many sick animals she knowingly sold, since she shut down her website and has gone "dormant" they won't do anything I don't think. Not that I agree with A.C's decision but I think that's what they are thinking.

Is it legal for A.C. to CHOOSE to ignore illegal behavior when they are made well aware of it?? I am no legal buff I just don't understand how this works. It seems to me they should have to do something once they are aware an illegal situation exists.
 
Depends. It's not a felony to have those snakes within city limits so it is kind of along the same lines of a cop letting someone get out of a speeding ticket if they promise to behave.
 
Well ... like I said ... it all depends, but really ... in areas where Animal Control is not considered a part of Law Enforcement (which I do not think it is in Killeen) it tends to be harder to get them to do anything. In areas where Animal Control has officers with actual police powers, things get done a lot quicker.
 
thomas, as you know she deleted everything.. i think she is gonna disappear and probably try to start up something under a new name or something.......

i have a feeling thats what she will do...

I do not know who told you that I received back my snakes in Ashley's possession and resold them. My boas are still at Ashley's place. I contacted someone asking to adopt out my boas to good homes instead of euthanizing them. These are my babies, some of which I've had for 11 years now. I do not want to just lop their heads off and be done with it.

My situation with Ashley is still being worked out privately.

Are you saying that by adopting them out instead of euthanizing them, does that mean that you got tests done on them and issues were found? Have you even gotten any testing done on any of your animals kept at Ashley's? I wouldn't even consider asking anyone to take your animals to "adopt them out" if no testing has been done to prove or not prove otherwise that they have any illnesses, Kyle. If they are adopted out to people there's no telling what would really become of those snakes, especially if they do happen to have a disease. Realistically, do you REALLY, honestly think you could find forever, non-breeder, closed collection homes for every one of those snakes? Do you really think that your friend would be able to do the same? If the snakes have disease, they need to either be left at Ashley's or euthanized.
