To often people write letters or post comments when they are dissatisfied or have a complaint. I would like to comment on how satisfied, better yet, excited, I am with the service and goods provided by ATX Exotics of Austin, TX. Over a three week period, I acquired five snakes from Aaron and Stephanie Nasoff. My first order was two Amazon Tree Boas. While waiting for favorable shipping weather conditions, I was blown away how easy ATX was to do business with. So I decided to ask them about an Irian Jaya Carpet Python with the possibility of adding one to my order. Let me tell you, Aaron appreciates repeat customers and included the IJCP with no additional shipping cost, which was already reasonable. Aaron told me straight up that although he probed the Carpet, he couldn't guarantee the sex. I definitely appreciate his honesty-that's something will always stay at the front of my mind.
The three snakes arrived as advertised-no, better than advertised. As a former ATB owner, I knew what to expect with the tree boas. But was surprised to see how much better looking the IJ was in person as compared to photos. Since my expectations were exceeded by the ATX Exotics, I decided to buy two more ATBs from him. The two I chose were ones he was considering holding back for his own collection. But after a day, he contacted me and told since he believed I would give them exceptional care, he would sell them to me under one condition: that I periodically update him with photos and progress reports. Love that he still cares about care of his snakes after they leave his care. Now, when I am ready to add to my collection, my first thought will ATX Exotics. I know that they breed super dwarf retics and I hear they may start breeding scrub pythons. Both of these species interests me. When the time is right, I will definitely go to their Facebook page and buy from ATX Exotics.
