In short, DON'T! Email notices are to ONLY alert you of a reply to your private message or your ad on this site. Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

I am just now getting interested in audio stuff: I have antique Technics speakers and receiver and am replacing them and learning a lot in the process. There is so much to learn: speakers, receivers, cables, surround sound, etc.
I am not necessarily going to get all teched out with the best that is out there (on one site I went to, they had a specific forum to discuss equipment that cost more than $20,000) :bolt01: but still I am enjoying my foray into learning about audio.
Are any of y'all into sound stuff? When and why did you change from having and old fashioned 'stereo set' to actually realizing that you could actually learn about modern audio technology and put together something that would specifically suit your interests and requirements?
