Something I just remembered by the way, he wanted to take me to Japan.
He told me to save up money so I could afford my ticket and he was going to take me with him to Japan. I'm not a prostitute, but aren't guys usually the ones paying to take young girls to asian counties...? He wanted me to save up ten grand.

That's funny because from what he told me he had relations with 6 different women while he was on his last 4 week trip. Bringing a woman would have made hooking up with a bunch of woman difficult!

I *believe* that is more of a problem when all parties are underage, because in order to charge one with the crime, they have to charge all of them? But in a case where an adult solicits pics from a minor, it's a bit more clear cut, I believe. Easier to identify the "victim", if nothing else.

Yup that's a good point. He definitely begged and demanded pics and videos from me. I can imagine he did the same with the girls that were under age. I'm going to go through the messages later but if I remember correctly he hinted at seeing pics of my 12 year old. It definitely wasn't direct but I thought it was a joke. Now that I know what he's like and how much he likes young girls I know it wasn't a joke at all.. eww

Do you have documentation of this?

Not sure if the attempt/intent is enough, but if this is true, he was attempting something that would have been majorly illegal.

(a) Transportation With Intent To Engage in Criminal Sexual Activity.— A person who knowingly transports an individual who has not attained the age of 18 years in interstate or foreign commerce, or in any commonwealth, territory or possession of the United States, with intent that the individual engage in prostitution, or in any sexual activity for which any person can be charged with a criminal offense, shall be fined under this title and imprisoned not less than 10 years or for life.

(b) Travel With Intent To Engage in Illicit Sexual Conduct.— A person who travels in interstate commerce or travels into the United States, or a United States citizen or an alien admitted for permanent residence in the United States who travels in foreign commerce, for the purpose of engaging in any illicit sexual conduct with another person shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than 30 years, or both.

(c) Engaging in Illicit Sexual Conduct in Foreign Places.— Any United States citizen or alien admitted for permanent residence who travels in foreign commerce or resides, either temporarily or permanently, in a foreign country, and engages in any illicit sexual conduct with another person shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than 30 years, or both.

(d) Ancillary Offenses.— Whoever, for the purpose of commercial advantage or private financial gain, arranges, induces, procures, or facilitates the travel of a person knowing that such a person is traveling in interstate commerce or foreign commerce for the purpose of engaging in illicit sexual conduct shall be fined under this title, imprisoned not more than 30 years, or both.

(e) Attempt and Conspiracy.— Whoever attempts or conspires to violate subsection (a), (b), (c), or (d) shall be punishable in the same manner as a completed violation of that subsection.

(f) Definition.— As used in this section, the term “illicit sexual conduct” means
(1) a sexual act (as defined in section 2246) with a person under 18 years of age that would be in violation of chapter 109A if the sexual act occurred in the special maritime and territorial jurisdiction of the United States; or

(2) any commercial sex act (as defined in section 1591) with a person under 18 years of age.

(g) Defense.— In a prosecution under this section based on illicit sexual conduct as defined in subsection (f)(2), it is a defense, which the defendant must establish by a preponderance of the evidence, that the defendant reasonably believed that the person with whom the defendant engaged in the commercial sex act had attained the age of 18 years.



And I'm going to back out now, because this is getting into some really unpleasant territory. If some of these accusations can be proven, Chaz at Avangel has more than just crossed the line between professional and unprofessional behavior in the gecko community, and entered into serious criminal territory. And if he *can't* be proven to have done so, he may have at least a possible case for defamation against the accusers. And I don't want to touch that for *anything*.

He was selling raffle tickets for some big give away he was having, the tickets were something like $10 each, I'm not sure how many he sold. The page he made to have the raffle was deleted today. I hope those who bought tickets get their money back! Hopefully those who bought tickets come forward and inform everyone if they get their money back or not.

The FBI has been called. As I was not a part of the sexual predator part, and can not complete the complaint, all that were involved and minors at that point in time need to come forward and call the 800 number. They take your name and info. They will probably want you to tell your story. But you will remain anonymous. Outside of that phone convo with them. He broke some major laws. He is a predator.

This was posted on one of the threads on fb about chaz. This is from 2013 but I think it says a lot about his character. Seems like chaz has been praying on young insecure women for quite some time.

Interestingly enough, every personal trace of him (anything that he runs) has been erased off the internet. FB profile is gone, FB page is gone (both of them), twitter, pinterest, instagram, etc, etc, all gone.

I'm posting thsee for Rea Lauren sanders, since she can't from her phone. She text the owner of Miami worms since he is selling armion for chaz and wanted to let him know about this thread and chaz's character. This is his response. Since he is siding with chaz even tho there is so much evidence against him I really thing that says a lot about his character. I think people should be aware of that so they can avoid him as well as chaz.

Julie I have just looked on his website and seen several listings of leos for sale even ball pythons. The price is cut drastically in half.

Yeah I can see them now too. A few people and I couldn't see them before but now they appear to be back on there. A few hours ago when I clicked on the link for leopard geckos on his site there was nothing there. Guess he put them back on the site.
