    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

I wish someone had caught and reported the black shadow leo page too! I have a feeling he us going to keep doing this. He's shown he has no concern for anyone except his own wallet!
 
I think these should be posted here in case chaz deletes them. Both adds have gotten close to 200 views each. I don't have a problem with him selling the geckos so they can go to better homes but he NEEDS to disclose in the add that every gecko he is selling has been exposed to parasites and he hasn't treated them with dewormer.

Am not surprised that Chaz has come to use alias/es in order to sell geckos. Figured that it was rather likely to happen.
However, it is bothersome that, by his doing so, there will be some unaware individuals who fall victim to his deceit.

What I am not completely sure of is if this (alias/es) is something temporary, in order to sell all his stock and get out of the business, or if he will sell off all/most/some current stock but remain in the business under alias/es (while acquiring more stock).
I fear that the latter could, potentially, come into being but I truly pray he is getting out of the business, altogether, and never returns to the business of breeding/selling Leos ... or any animal/s.

I have a few questions.

One, what was the shipping service he used to ship the ten geckos to Emily. I would be interested to see if the conditions exhibited are against the terms of shipping.

Two, if he is getting out of breeding, and is trying to sell off all his stock, then why aren't there hundreds of geckos available for sale? Since he has stated many times, he has hundreds of geckos. I know he doesn't keep pets. He doesn't even name his geckos. If he were quitting for real, he would be selling his hundreds of animals.

Three, where does he get the nerve? Does he honestly think anyone will buy even his armion or supplies given the potential risk of contagion? Not to even mention his ILLEGAL actions! He could go to jail simply for deceiving his customer in that last sale.

I would imagine this is due to the fact that he was lying. This isn't something that will blow over in a year and he can start selling again, and I'm sure he realizes that. My guess is that he just said he had hundreds of geckos to try to convince the women buying from him that he was very knowledgeable so that they could confide in him, ultimately leading to him soliciting them for sex.

Just a hunch, but wouldn't surprise me.
 
I mean, are you going to ask someone who has 10 geckos for advice? Or someone with hundreds? He had to give women a reason to talk to him in the first place so that he could "do his thing".
 
Also, didn't people say that he's 28 years old? And in his ads, he said he's been breeding for 18 years. I think he also mentioned in this thread that he's been breeding for 20 years. So he's been breeding since he was 10 years old? Just like he has hundreds of geckos.

Not defending Chaz but the part, in bold, is not entirely true.
For example: Consent for medical treatment, contract made with a minor not being legally binding, etc.

It clearly needs to say Parental Consent. Not age of consent. Because that does refer to sex.

Yes, still out of context. Age of consent is not really a business term, like age of majority is. Age of consent is for sex or marriage. Should not be confused with majority, criminal responsibility, voting age, drinking age, or driving age.
 
I think that semantics are the least of our concerns regarding Mr. Chaz. His terms of service are fairly irrelevant at this point as he's not even using his own name.
