Hey everybody, first time poster. I just wanted to let anyone who may be interested about my spectacular transaction with Chris at Mystic Reptiles (Mysticreptiles.com). I'm not one to generally enjoy the whole "customer experience" thing that any business tries to give, and I very very rarely care or make a special note about it but this guy was seriously awesome. I just bought my first snake, a CBB white lipped python about 6 months old (I have had tropical lizards in the past, but never owned a snake for anyone thinking its irresponsible).
He was selling a m&f breeding pair, his last 2 together, I asked him if he would be willing to sell just the one since for me, I have no intention of breeding them. He offered to sell me the male, I told him I was interested and we started going over what all I would need (he literally wrote an entire care sheet just for me, feeding, temp, humidity, etc. even though I hadn't bought it yet). Apparently someone had inquired about the pair after me, but he still offered to let me decide if I would like it first even though he'd probably have a harder time selling the lone female.
This guy truly cares about the snakes he has, he asked if I could keep in touch to let him know how the little guy's doing and if I need any future advice. The snake is gorgeous, just got him today and I've been grinning since I got up. First pic is a closeup upon arrival and 2nd pic is for a size comparison.
