    In short, DON'T! Email notices are to ONLY alert you of a reply to your private message or your ad on this site. My axolotls just laid eggs 2-3 days ago. 275 to be exact. Male is pink lecuistic and carries the gfp gene, don't know who the mom is between a wild type with gfp gene, a normal wild type, or a white lecuistic with gfp gene and physically glows.

Oops sorry i don't know how genes work. But the wildtype with green eyes the white lecuistic and pink lecuistic are full siblings. The white one glows and I was told if they have green eyes on a wild type they also glow so I assume that the pink carried the gene but doesn't glow but I don't know
 
Okay so that means that the pink is not Gfp and does not carry the gene correct??? Ohh nooo I am most thankful for your clarifying I have been so confused about how it all works so thank you very much I do appreciate it :)
 
haha. If it is not visually gfp and glowing it is just a plain old normal beautiful axolotl. if you breed a gfp to a non gfp you will usually get 40-60% gfp. the non gfp are just normal. if you breed gfp to gfp you will most likely get all gfp babies. but agfp is a gfp and a non gfp is just a non gfp. no hidden genes ;)
