Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. Must have proof or show indication to me regarding proper lighting and heating. Sand or finer substrate is not recommended for bearded dragons, it may lead to impaction while chasing crickets. I would also recommend soaking (putting in a tub and pouring 1/4" water in while beardie has been in for movement) about every other day.
