Y’all say “we ship temperature accordingly, i.e. heat packs, cold packs, and styros” — but that’s a joke. I just received a box double-bagged in paper with no styrofoam and no cold pack.

You didn’t follow your own shipping standards — and you seriously messed up on this one.

Just seeing the views on this keep climbing, so here’s my honest take:
If you’re thinking about ordering from them, think twice unless you really trust them.

God might’ve done me a favor this time, but shipping any reptile in over 90-degree weather without a cold pack is completely unacceptable — borderline animal abuse, honestly. Just saying. No airflow no stryo and proof of how it came if you dont believe...

Underground Reptiles has always been/will always be a trash company. They've fucked over so many people, and have such a bad reputation, that I really can't believe anyone still buys animals from them. They're the absolute bottom of the barrel.
