    In short, DON'T! Email notices are to ONLY alert you of a reply to your private message or your ad on this site. Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

    Yeah, I know. They are a pain in the butt. But they pay the bills to keep my server running. Just a fact of life, I am afraid.

    Want to get rid of them? Simple. Just become a Contributor level member or above and they will be gone. -> Please click HERE."

    Is that too much for me to ask of you to keep this site running? Well, sorry about that. I too wish I could get everything for free. But alas.....

    =====================

    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

i got a baby kenyan at a reptile show this past week end. its tiny it looks lik it could barely eat a pinky.it didnt eat the first day and all i got is frozens. so idk if i need to get live pinkys but he hasnet ate yet. its on paper towels cuz i dont have aspen yet. i have reptile sand but everybody is sayin aspen is better then sand for babys. is sand good? or should i get aspen.
its only been 3 days but it hasent ate ill try the paper bag thing tonight with a thawed. we will see. any advice would be nice

find some care sheets

First thing you should do is leave the snake alone for a couple of days let him de-stress and get used to his new cage, then find some good care sheets on the internet so you can figure out the best cage set up and the best substrate and for the first couple feeding you can give him live pinkys and after that you can dangle frozen thawed pinks in front of him.
as far as substrate everyone has their own opinion. I start my babys out on paper towels until they shed for the first time and then move them to shredded aspen and that works for me.

I've ever had the sand boa I didn't kno they were a pain in the ass to feed. My milks and balls eat great.

Had her in a paper bag all night wit a pinky it's gone now and from wat I could see she looked fat. So she ate. All out of live pinky so I hope she will take thawd soon
