    In short, DON'T! Email notices are to ONLY alert you of a reply to your private message or your ad on this site. Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

I suggest we move our conversation to that thread because it's clear that Craig is the victim in this scenario and not deserving of this negative BOI. Let's give the bad guy's thread the attention.

I don't have a dog in this fight, but I have read this thread involving Craig, and how anyone can come to the conclusion he's a bad guy, is definitely beyond me.

Graig not only sold a quality chameleon, when his customer who is much less than honorable, pitched a complaint, Craig refunded his money in full, and then, what did his customer (who uses 3 different alias's) do, started a bad guy thread using one of his alias's, about Craig, accepted the refund, and kept the chameleon as well, and he calls Craig a bad guy, this young scammer, has some major issues.

Now I ask, who's the BAD GUY? DEFINITELY NOT Craig!

If Craig ever had a critter for sale I was looking for, I'D DEAL with HIM in a heart beat, knowing good & well, I'd receive exactly what I bargained for!:yesnod:

Then, the DELUSIONAL ONE, "fangthane" who doesn't have a life or the money to buy one, chimes in with his dribble, actually thinking someone cares what he has to say.:>Puke<:

Hopefully, it was sent directly to either Ryan or Rian. It would be somewhat self-defeating if he's actually an employee and happened to receive the email himself.
 
I'll call underground tomorrow and ask for him. Plus I'll take your advice and email one of the Ryan's directly. Just got to figure out the exact email address. Shouldn't be to hard.
 
Any updates on Underground knowing this guy? You could also send them his pic which is posted in the other thread.

Keep your chin up, Craig. This guy is a loser and this is a terrible experience for you but you will be all right in time...and he will still be a scammer dirtbag. :)
 
I talked to Ryan through email today but I'm gonna call tomorrow because of what Hhmoore said.
I'm not trusting the email 100%. What if it was him that responded.
 
This will hopefully be my last post. I don't have any faith that I will ever receive my animal back but if I do I will let you guys know.
I wanted thank everyone for chiming in. Especially the ones with there expertise in Panther chameleons.

Just incase other scammers come across this thread I would like to say that I will not let myself be taken advantage of again. There is no threat that will make me fall back into this same position again. I will always satisfy my customers in one way or the other. I will continue obviously to offer full refunds for unhappy customers but there will be a couple steps to take before I issue a refund. I will need back my animal first before I issue a refund. I will make sure this is a speedy process but the animals safety, well being and stress levels will always come first in the shipping process.
I will also be creating a TOS. I will design it to protect my customer and myself equally.
Basically everything stays the same. I just want to spell it out. This scammer did not ruin it for anyone. I promise you guys that. I will always continue to provide the best customer service that I possibly can. As well as beautiful healthy animals.

Ok I will comment on that because I do not want to disturbs undergrounds business at all.
There is zero connection there. He does not work there and never has.
