Mr. Hhmoore just hooked me up with a 2 point infraction for posting on James bland aka mark dunners post in the chameleon classifieds. His post was Wanted Panther chameleon.
Well it turns out it's some bogus rule you can't post stuff like that with words but if I posted a link it is ok. It's pretty much the same thing. Well I responded to hhmoore and I guess he didn't like my response.
So hear he is trying to get me to spend another 3 hours posting my text thread. Hhmoore don't take it to personally what I responded. You delivered me a low blow.
I'm not spending anymore significant time on this.
Come on I admitted I told him to keep the chameleon. What do you want to see? Where he bullied me. I'm not jump starting this thread. Tell you what if you want to see it so bad I'll send it all to you personally. But this thread has drained me dry.
I'm guessing I'll prob get suspended for talking back to a mod. But o well.

There's no reason to take infractions personally. They're simply a way for the moderators to enforce the rules. If a rule was violated, regardless who violated it, they must enforce it. Otherwise they could be seen as playing favorites. I received a similar infraction last year, so don't let it bother you. The key is to not let infractions build to a point where you get temporarily or permanently banned.

The text thread would be appreciated. An easy way to take screenshots is to use the Windows Snipping tool. To find it, use the search option in your start menu, and it will be the first thing to pop up as long as you're on a Window's system. Select the area you want to screenshot, save as a jpg, and upload here. It's by far the most efficient and easiest way to document online conversations.

One of my buddies just found this. It's on the 3rd page of the chameleon section. This account is not banned. So what out from him posting from this account. James Bland I found yet another account of yours. What does this make 4 or 5 accounts?

I've never posted on Boi before. I've been raising panther chameleons since 1994. I viewed the video posted by op, the young chameleon was exhibiting perfectly normal behavior when the wind is blowing, it's trying to look like a leaf blowing in the wind. MBD shakes look completely different. I received 3 baby panthers from Craig Wyatt 2 weeks ago, they arrived in great shape and are acting and eating as any healthy young panthers would. I've talked with him several times on the phone and exchanged texts with him, he seems totally forthcoming, and we decided to exchange bloodlines in the future. I have total faith in our future projects!

I've been wondering the very same thing. Considering the fact that he chose to lie about a fairly important point of contention - which some people seem uncharacteristically content to ignore - it's hard not to wonder just what else a full accounting of the communications might reveal. Oh, well. If he's OK with the the lingering doubt that may be left in some people's minds, I guess it's nothing to me.

Craig, moderators enforce the rules. Vanessa is correct. You broke a rule. One of the valuable aspects in the rule you broke is lack of permanence in a classified ad versus a BOI post. The person deletes the post and the experience is gone from the eyes of the people the poster would have wanted to see it. Learn from it instead of fighting it to no positive outcome. Also, I believe I have clarified this before, but I will rephrase. The moderation staff are not your team of butlers. They are voluntary stewards of the site. Telling one what to do (especially beyond the role) is not going to be well-received because they are not beholden to your personal demands. Building and defending your case is your responsibility. Moderators may pitch in, but that is 1) not owed and 2) outside of our role as moderators. Our time is drawn across many competing demands and that is not taking "real life" into account. You do not have a special right to feel entitled to more than our role as stewards of the site. I do not know what you said to Harald, but I will go out on a limb absent that evidence and guess he did not deserve whatever guff was lobbed. No one has to contact anyone else to obtain information that you could readily provide if you chose to.

As a fellow member, I can offer some advice for you to take or leave. You are keyed up. You just had a rough experience. I get that. The sting is still there. Maybe it would be good to take some time to regain your pre-event composure. Perhaps a week just not rolling in the thick of what causes your pain. You do not have to, but it is probably prudent to do so.

Dan, Harald, and others are very fair to request the communication stream such that it may answer some lingering questions about the wording involved and how that can influence the nature of the dispute. If you do not want to provide it, that is your business (just like providing it would not be a moderator's duty), but many readers probably cannot help but wonder why that is.

You've been referencing those communications since the start of this thread. You've been asked repeatedly to post them, yet you've avoided doing so. You aren't required to do so, obviously; but, in choosing not to, you make us wonder why. I suspect that you feel it would be damaging to your precious reputation.
Again, you have not responded - except for your whining in this thread - so there is nothing for me to take personally. I'll save you some trouble, though...my mailbox is still full, and will stay that way because I have no interest in what you might have to say about the infraction now that you've commented.

Just wanted to share an email I just sent. Figured it was worth a shot. Kinda a last ditch effort. He did 100% say he would ship him back in 2 weeks if he was healthy..

No I never said flat out keep him.

Craig, if the texts will help explain the discrepancies here I think you should post them. Remember that when people do a search for your name, this thread will come up. Your buyer's shenanigans speak for themselves. But you have the opportunity here to clarify some of the things said by you and the texts might help with that.

I do find myself wondering just WHAT somebody could have said in text messages to cause Craig to feel "bullied" into caving in completely and giving a full refund AND telling the buyer(whatever his real name maybe) to keep the cham as well
Personally I cannot imagine ANY text messages that would accomplish that feat
So yes I am of the mind that the posting of the text message string would be enlightning to many who have followed this thread so far

Need to say something first. I have an iPhone and when people type me messages that are even a little bit long from an android they break up and don't always come in order. The texts on the right from me are in perfect order.
