    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

I agree that there has been a lot of nonsense on this thread but there have been some good points brought up and asked that you have not answered. I will make this deal with you to answer this question and you keep the ball python package you were going to send me. So I am basically paying you to answer. What is the misunderstanding that we verbally had : timing, terms, type of refund and do you have any proof?

Sine your last text Dec 27 said you have nothing else to talk about and you will not return a phone call, I am asking on the BOI. Once you posted that we have a difference of what was said and everyone will read it as they see it, I am only trying to let others know my side.

The thread unfortunately continues because like Chris said, no closure has been reached in the "truth". Yes, money has been sent back, but that doesn't answer the ultimate question, which of the two parties is lying.

If Guy is lying about their deal, then I want to know.
If Carson is lying about their deal, then I want to know too.

Only after 20+ pages have we finally reached the black & white fundamental issue of "how" the problem got started in the first place, of why money was never refunded 3 years ago. If this could have been addressed in 5 pages vs. 20, then it would have been a dead issue by now.

Now that we have a Black & White issue, and only one party can be correct, which is it?

Do we want the thread silenced or stopped right before we are about to find out the "truth"? What motive would someone have for stopping the thread now? What a disservice to all readers to leave this in a "he said, she said".
What if Carson has solid proof that Guy is full of it, wouldn't that be great to know? or vice versa.

The BOI isn't just get the "money back", it is also a platform for others better understand who they might be doing business with. I for one am tired of this thread and ready for it end asap, but I am not so tired of it that I want it swept under the rug without closure for "everyone".

if you read this thread the snakes were never in carsons collection.
he made a mistake by offering guy the snake before he had it which in the begining he told guy that he didnt have the snake and was getting them from another person
carson gave the guy options when it happened it was his choice.

if i go to the store and you ask me to pick up say 3000 in cash from bank and i get robbed on the way to your house do i now have to replace the 3000?

You have missed the whole "black & white" crossroads.
Carson says options were given, snakes or a refund.
Guy says he was NOT given options. Take snakes, no refund.


What proof do you have for your above statement?
If you can provide proof of your statement, then you can clear up this whole issue of which party is full of it and we can all put this thread to rest. I look forward to your proof.

If you are responsible for someone else's money and you lose it, you are still responsible for getting that person their money.

And we don't KNOW that options were given. That is what is still primarily at issue. The two stories of what was promised don't match up. Which one is telling the truth? Considering Carson's past "bad" dealings with people and excuses given, one is more likely to not believe his side of the story - but that doesn't mean that Carson is lying or that the other person isn't lying. That is what people are still trying to determine. Who is telling the truth and who isn't?

You mean if you CLAIM to have been robbed. Just like Carson CLAIMS to have given the three grand to "Steve Miles".

If that were the case, then there would be a LOT of bad people still out there scamming folks because others trying to seek the truth were forced into silence after "3 posts". There are a few major threads in the BOI that took hundreds of posts to get to the bottom of the truth.

I determined who was lying from the first arrogant post Carson submitted here where he said he was doing Guy a "favor" by taking his 3000 bucks for a prospect that never existed. Carson calls Guy out of the blue, solicits money from Guy for corn snakes that didn't exist from a guy who didn't exist, and bought three years of Guys patience with his well honed smoke and mirrors campaign. No lawyer, no cop, no "buddy", no STEVE MILES, and no proof of ANYTHING! This was never anything short of a scam, period!

I assume that since Carson didn't respond, the snakes he promised you are still on the table?
 
Great question Chris.

Guy offers to completely give up the snake package in order to simply have one question answered. In fact, the one single question that could end this thread. The question that lets us know if Guy is full of bull or is Carson full of bull.

Guy is willing to give up the snakes in order to set the record straight and prove that he is telling the truth.

There are two options:

1. Carson answers Guy's question
or
2. Carson ignores him and never answers the question. Hoping that by sending him snakes he will be quiet and just go away.

Super simple. Guy prefers his reputation over snakes, and is trying to prove that his story was accurate and truthful the whole time. Again, only one person can be telling the truth. As of right now, only one party is trying to prove their case.

Has Carson answered your question Guy through a different avenue?

I don't have anything to be hush hush about in the background, in private, on the phone. I can tell neither of us has the personality to hide on the phone to appease your request. The BOI is about transparency.

Exactly. These days, many times when one makes a particularly incisive and insightful post (like this one from Robert, and Chris' questions) one is told that one posts too much, that one should discuss the issues elsewhere, that the problem is solved, and all manner of things expressly tailored to put the hush on.

The more insightful the comment, the louder the demand from select others to hush the insightful one.

These sorts of 'be quiet' replies are almost a badge of honor, it means that what is being discussed has enough content that matters, to warrant putting the hush on :thumbsup:
 
This thread is about Guy & Carson.

Burmbreeder AKA Laura or Artie (whoever he/she really is?) is trying to muddy the water. A while ago, I placed a link on his/her classified ad to his/her personal 30 page shady BOI report. He/she is just here taking jabs at me personally and really has nothing to contribute to this thread.

You mean take after you and Carson? No thanks. Besides, I don't need anyone elses input or opinions to form my own opinions. I have more than enough info from these threads. I can see that Robert needs no input from me either. We both happen to smell the same rat. I prefer to keep this in an open forum where it belongs. Not too popular with the Carson fans. It shouldn't be. I have not heard one of you say that what he did to Guy was totally unacceptable or even entertain the lack of proof and obvious deception that Carson has displayed. So forgive for going to bat for the VICTIM here and forgive me for putting zero stock in your fruitless campaign orchestrated by Carson to shut me up.

When did Robert and I talk to each in a public forum? I have never spoken to Robert in private eithet. You are making things up. Taking lessons from Carson? The person with "no info" is Carson. What info do you have other than what Carson tells you? Perhaps you'd like to share your conversations here. That's how people operate when they have nothing to hide.
