If Guy's really sure he wants Carson to air out everything, then I think Carson should go right ahead.

Did he or did he not agree to animals that were not only not even born yet, but whose prospective sires were not up to breeding age? Yes, he did. Therefore, when he agreed to that, he accepted a long-term deal. If you're going to participate in a witch hunt, at least have something more realistic than "She turned me into a newt once. I got better."

I would have to say this "loan" is much closer to a credit card then it is to a bankruptcy plan. You cant use the term of the loan as an excuse for less interest either. My mortgage is a long term loan but it is still charged interest per annum.

The animals that he agreed to were not only not born yet, the males that were planned for that breeding were still babies. If he didn't want it to drag out over two years (not 3. It was 22 months ago), he should have agreed to a deal for $3000 worth of animals currently in Carson's possession, NOT animals that didn't even exist yet and whose fathers weren't even up to breeding size.

Paige, I dont know Guy, and I dont know Carson, but if I put myself in Guys shoes, and I was told that my $3,000.00 had been stolen I would grab at anything that Carson was offering too. The truth is though, Carson should have offered the money back instead of the animals.

But, since you are insistent on saying that Guy agreed to the animals, we will stick with that. The problem is, he never received those either. You say the fathers were babies when this deal went bad, 22 months later they should have been breedable, no? No matter how you look at it, Carson did not make good on this deal, and he still hasnt. Carson said he would send the $3,000 minus the processing fees, I would have agreed to that too after 22 months, that doesnt make it ok.

Just because it seems that Carson has absolved himself legally, doesnt mean he is clean morally.

Chris, the very description of the forum shows that it's set aside for drama. Considering that you have to actively join that forum, it therefore tells me that you actively seek drama, which is all I need to know. I'd appreciate if you'd stop putting words in my mouth.
The situation IS resolved. Guy's money has been returned. Whether anything more is warranted is personal opinion. Personally, there's no way I would do anything extra for a person who'd rather slander (libel, technically) my name and business than go through appropriate channels when there's an issue.

Stephenie, have you ever bred animals? I have. Sometimes virgins take a while to get going. This is almost literally a situation of the both of them counting their chickens before they hatched. Yes, Carson should have informed Guy as soon as he realized the females weren't gravid rather than waiting until hatching. I'm not saying he didn't make mistakes and neither is he that I can see. I'm saying he's not the villain that Chris is trying to make him out to be and that Guy is not blameless in this situation and should take some personal responsibility for his choices.

I have read back on your posts and could not find any proof to back up the above statement. Perhaps I am missing it. If it is there, then I am one person who really would like to see it. If you can link to the actual proof and prove me wrong, I will donate $100 to Fauna today for making an error.
