Better yet, just give Guy the attorney's number. Just to avoid those pesky little grey areas, wink wink.
The truth is, this isnt a loan at all. It was a payment for a product. He never received the product, and has only been issued a partial refund. I dont think it is hurting Carson to offer a bit more in the way of compensation to smooth things over after dragging things out for 3 years.
There you go again. If I'm not mistaken, he did not recieve the full 3000. Twist this anyway you want but Guy isn't the one who kept changing the deal. I see you also left out the post where Guy said he would squash the snake deal if Carson would simply air their differences here. Doesn't sound like someone who is pushing to collect any interest he DESERVES.
Yet another false accusation! At what point in this thread did Guy say he "accepted that this was going to be a long term deal"??? Is it your contention that Guy EXPECTED to wait three years to get any satisfaction which, by the way, he ONLY got thanks to FAUNA!
I would have to say this "loan" is much closer to a credit card then it is to a bankruptcy plan. You cant use the term of the loan as an excuse for less interest either. My mortgage is a long term loan but it is still charged interest per annum.

And here you ate again Paige, arguing for Carson while he lurks behind the fence while peaking through a knothole. Seems you two always show up at the same time. Maybe you could help him remember the name of the attorney who sent that mystery letter to that mystery guy. Surely he can, or you can post a copy here.
Seriously, Chris, you have nothing better to do in your life than watch to see who's online on Fauna? How old are you?

Not today I don't. Lucky you. Sorry I missed the part where "Steve Miles" was waiting for year two to produce those corns. Could someone direct me to that post please?
And don't worry about ignoring the whole attorney thing. Just thinking out loud really.

You're deliberately misconstruing what I'm saying and selectively reading the way you've been doing the entire time.
First, you have absolutely zero ability or authority to compel me to answer *anything* you ask. Unless I'm mistaken, you aren't the Fauna judge and jury. Therefore, I'm free not to answer any question that I don't feel like wasting my time on. Considering that you can see that my location is in Alabama and his is in New Jersey and that I've already stated that I don't know Carson personally, I'm not quite sure why you're asking me to divulge personal information for him that I don't possess and that there's no logical reason to assume that I would have access to.
Really, you're such an obvious troll, I'm not sure why anyone is even giving you the time of day.![]()
Stephenie, it wasn't a loan at all. You're right. It was payment for a product for which he requested animals, not cash, as refund when Carson was scammed out of the original product.
Guy offered to pay the fees on the money transfer. Carson sent $3000. Anything Guy got less than that was by his own volition, which Guy himself stated.
If Guy's really sure he wants Carson to air out everything, then I think Carson should go right ahead.
Did he or did he not agree to animals that were not only not even born yet, but whose prospective sires were not up to breeding age? Yes, he did. Therefore, when he agreed to that, he accepted a long-term deal. If you're going to participate in a witch hunt, at least have something more realistic than "She turned me into a newt once. I got better."
Stephenie, it wasn't a loan at all. You're right. It was payment for a product for which he requested animals, not cash, as refund when Carson was scammed out of the original product. The animals that he agreed to were not only not born yet, the males that were planned for that breeding were still babies. If he didn't want it to drag out over two years (not 3. It was 22 months ago), he should have agreed to a deal for $3000 worth of animals currently in Carson's possession, NOT animals that didn't even exist yet and whose fathers weren't even up to breeding size.
Won't be the first time someone here has called me a troll. Always that last desperate resort when answers aren't available from people who attempt to confuse your audience regarding who the victim is. It's not about you wasting your time. You can't answer my questions any more than Carson can. All the members of Fauna's BOI are in a sense a jury, sometimes a judge. Carson knows that.

Please produce proof for this statement. Once again, someone has brought up this point, and once again not an once of proof. Burmbreeder5 brought this up and tried to use it as a defense, zero proof when questioned about it. Let's see if you can do any better.
And you know that Carson was scammed...how?
Robert, I've already answered that question about 10 pages back.
On a related note, have you ever noticed that trolls always resort to the "calling me a troll is a last resort because you can't answer my inane questions that I've twisted the facts up on so much that it would take all day to sort them out" defense when called out on their trolling?
I've answered every one of your questions that I'm capable of answering. The only ones I haven't have been questions that you already know I can't answer and that have no business being directed toward me in the first place. You, on the other hand, have yet to contribute anything except twisting things to suit your picture of the situation. The issue between us is that we disagree on whether Guy is a victim. The difference is that I don't think that Carson had any malicious intent or that Guy is innocent. They both screwed up and I feel that Guy has to take some responsibility for himself here. You, on the other hand, want to make Carson out to be the devil because you apparently enjoy the drama. I looked up your name in here. 99% of the time that you post on the BOI, it's on something negative where you continue to drag things out after they've been resolved. That is why I call you a troll. You feed on drama. You've got zero stake in any of this. Have you ever purchased from Carson? Have you ever been personally wronged by him? Have any of your friends? Are you a competitor? No? Then your only involvement in this is to stir the pot and create drama along with your other little Hell-group buddies. Just the fact that you're a part of that group tells me all I need to know about you. You're just a drama queen.
Warning: The name calling 'troll, drama queen', etc and various back and forth jabs need to stop.
People are entitled to post their opinions. Let's stay on topic.

Robert, considering that I've already taken the time to post it, you're welcome to read back through and find it. I have more to do today than search back through for a post I already made. Please link back to the proof 10 pages back. If you have the proof, finally someone can prove which side is telling the truth about the original deal.
I am super excited to see the link to proof. Thanks!
Hmmm. So people who view the HELL forum are somehow beneath you, lol? Perhaps you could reference a thread where I continued to "drag things out after they've been resolved". This situation has only been resolved in YOUR mind. So you don't think Guy was a victim and you don't think Guy is innocent. Got it. Thank you for posting that. Troll? Drama queen? You must be getting very frustrated. Somebody needs a hug!
Paige, I dont know Guy, and I dont know Carson, but if I put myself in Guys shoes, and I was told that my $3,000.00 had been stolen I would grab at anything that Carson was offering too. The truth is though, Carson should have offered the money back instead of the animals.
But, since you are insistent on saying that Guy agreed to the animals, we will stick with that. The problem is, he never received those either. You say the fathers were babies when this deal went bad, 22 months later they should have been breedable, no? No matter how you look at it, Carson did not make good on this deal, and he still hasnt. Carson said he would send the $3,000 minus the processing fees, I would have agreed to that too after 22 months, that doesnt make it ok.
Just because it seems that Carson has absolved himself legally, doesnt mean he is clean morally.
