    In short, DON'T! Email notices are to ONLY alert you of a reply to your private message or your ad on this site. Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

I went to our local FedEx center today to ship some cornsnake babies. The guy was really unfriendly and kept asking if we had permission to do it. Me and my dad kept telling him that shipyourreptiles worked with FedEx and we were allowed to do it. He said he would fine us to our address if there was ANY trouble with it. What am I supposed to do? And why on earth was he acting like that? I've never had trouble in the past.
 
Were you at a FedEx store or a hub? FedEx stores don't accept live animals and the shipyourreptiles waiver does not apply to stores.
 
Your better off not telling them what your shipping. There clueless assholes. I worked 5 yrs for fedex and they treat everyone like shit
 
However, if reptiles are shipped, that is an inadequate label.
 
If reptiles are shipped, you must have full disclosure on the box. Common name, scientific name, and quantity are required as per the Lacey Act. Chances are you just got a bad representative. If you have the option I would go to another hub. If not, you're doing everything legally. If the guy wants to be a jerk about it, the joke's on him. Just keep your chin high and be the better person, eventually the wind will leave his sails.
 
David, you must be a paying member to have access to the edit button. You could probably contact the moderator who gave you the infraction and ask if they could make the edit for you.

Thank you. I just had never had any trouble before. It was very odd. I'm just hoping after he took the box he didn't just chunk it into the bin. That could not be good for hatchlings. I've shipped probably 40 snakes out of this hub. Unfortunately it's the only one. Maybe he won't be there next time.
