I have been trolling the BOI for almost 4 years now. Rarely contributing, but always reading, watching, and making decisions based on the incredibly useful information contained herein. This is, surprisingly, saddeningly, and unequivocally, the most horrific statement I have ever witnessed to have been typed here. Bar none. I hope you take a second to ponder the import of that statement Matt, and truly realize the class and company that places you in. I can't even comprehend the lack of ethics and empathy it must take to insinuate that she used her son's death to PROFIT... MONETARILY??? This is without a doubt the sickest thing I've ever read on here, no doubt about it. This is the death knell for your future in this business... at least, I pray it is for the sake of all the future customers you haven't yet had the opportunity to intimidate, belittle, browbeat, bully, or just outright maliciously and brutally attack verbally as you did Kelli above. Unbelieveable.

Based upon the concerns and questions raised in this thread and the one at bp.net, I think it's obvious Matt has, in the past few months, committed to orders he could not fulfill behind the scenes, and gotten in over his head with accepting payment on orders he just got swamped with. I also think that Matt is most likely a good guy... a regular Joe trying to scrape by reselling equipment and supplies to fellow hobbyists in a hobby he loves (or used to) as much as we do.

Maybe at one time, but not anymore Matt. If something even half the hue of your true colors was shining through when you said that to Kelli, I consider you not just "not a good guy", but evil.

And, btw, in my experience once someone starts tossing the word 'sue' around, it means they don't have what it takes to stand up and solve their own problems, that they have already lost in the eyes of the community and that's the only way they can think to make themselves formidable.

Business is not about being formidable. Business is about being good to customers, winning their loyalty, and establishing a good reputation through hard work, integrity, and trying to go the extra mile to help out when one can.

After reading Matt's last little tirade...I spent 25 minutes trying to decompress before coming forward with my post and feelings on this person.

To quote one of my favorite comedians, matt's comment towards Kelli "spun me into a dimension of pissed off, that I have never been in my life"!!! I had to walk away and talk to someone as my eyes welled up at the pain that I felt for Kelli in that moment.

A real intersting experiment there matt, I went through a full spectrum of emotions after reading one single piece of literature that came for your gnarled little nubs. I cried and the injustice and inhumanity that a single living thing (and I use that term loosely) could do to another, I became so angry that I don't have the words to articulate what I want or need to say, I thought about how the greed has warped your mind to the point of any and all reason, how the lust for power in the reptile industry has taken away any dignity that you may have possessed.....and then I laughed, I laughed at your imminent demise, I laughed at the audacity that you have to blame others for all of you short comings and I still laugh at your final destination. the special place in Hell for christians like you matt.

Kelli, you and I have shared some special times on the phone together that I will always cherish. You are a true lady of honor, integrity, a standard that someone like matt will never aspire to, and I do hope that you run into him at a show....though I suspect that will never happen. I intend on sending this particular thread to every promoter that I know......and sometimes, it's not what you know, but who you know that counts.

Never ever will I forget that post. Everytime I see the name, the company name or hear it I will remember what was written here in that post. That came from the very core of who that matt really is. Nothing he could say or do now can change that.

To Kelli, the range of emotions I felt upon reading that could only have a fraction of what you have had to have felt. I am so sorry you had to go through that. My thoughts are with you.

That has to be one of the worst statments I have read in a long time. Usually we don't ban people to allow themselves the opportunity to show their true colors. At this point though, I think everyone has a real good idea of Matt's true colors.

I am sure their might be a few people who say i shouldn't have banned him because I am his competitor. (I have NO doubt he will.) But, I am a human being and a father also. To use someone's child against them, especially one that was taken in such a tragic accident, is not even human. Animals are not that cruel to each other.
