So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

The other guy make a very nice offer BUT sence you'd like to see this happen in court then that can happend also.

How can I not laugh at this !! Let me clarify as well for you Chuck. Aaron is not currently presenting you with his options for civil litigation ... "court" as you put it (or ws it "curt", or "cort", or "cute" ..). Its criminal process. Big difference, eh?
 
Being an Ex-Cop, i can assure you, if he is going to the police, and tehy Decide to press charges for Internet Felony Fraud, it isnt a legal matter that you can get rid of by just paying Aaron or keep dodging till he gets tired of trying to recover his money. It IS a felony and it is a criminal matter that is brought to court by the police. Then, when that is said and done, Aaron can go after you in a civil case to recover his money.... so you see, it isnt ONE COURT appearance for stealing his snakes... it is 2, one Felony conviction and one civil suit.

Before you say it, the information about the police is not a threat. I have not threatened you yet, nor will I. I am just letting you know what I am doing, as I have done throughout this entire ordeal. Calculating how much I make an hour against the amount of time I have put into this, I am well over the worth of the snakes in the first place. Please just take care of this so we can both get on with our business.

No, I did not interpret your words as threatening at all. The patience and professionalism that you've exhibited during this is admirable.
 
I didnt see it as a threat.. i saw it as merely telling him what options you have if he decides not to work with you. As to why he left... lol probably to buy a money order somewhere.
 
Charles please move to another state. You are simply unbelievable and I think you should look into resuming your meds, upping the dosage or start taking some (under the care of a professional of course). All that comes out of your mouth is lies. OOps maybe you not understaind. Me trie agin.

From USC 18 Part 1 Chapter 63 Paragraph 1343:

Whoever, having devised or intending to devise any scheme or artifice to defraud, or for obtaining money or property by means of false or fraudulent pretenses, representations, or promises, transmits or causes to be transmitted by means of wire, radio, or television communication in interstate or foreign commerce, any writings, signs, signals, pictures, or sounds for the purpose of executing such scheme or artifice, shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than 20 years, or both. If the violation affects a financial institution, such person shall be fined not more than $1,000,000 or imprisoned not more than 30 years, or both.

There are federal implications to the fraud that Charles has perpetrated upon you. I'm sure you have kept all of the emails and related communications sent to you by Mr. Schuck. I would strongly encourage you to contact your local FBI field office.

Additionally, if Mr. Schuck has used the facilities of his employers or "customers" he has likely violated their TOS, since most corporations have policies pertaining to the perpetration of fraud via wire regardless of medium. This would certainly jeopardize his employment but may also subject his employer and or "customers" telcom equipment to seizure in furtherance of any investigation(s) instigated by the authorities.

I have been online all the time, Not sure where you getting the not online things from but I never stated you where threatening me. I only was tell you that you can go one and do the court thing. I have been there and I have posted about it, Alls I am saying is that the time frame given to me case closed. So if you bring that in mind when you file your paper work make sure you add that in... As leaving it out will make you look really bad. Aaron takes it from someone that just not talking, I have been on both side of the court system THEY WANT US TO MAKE AN EFFORT TO SOLVE THIS with them. I have posted my solution and is the best as this point that I can do.


PS. Please quote me on that “ I have sent the money order, and am only asking to wait the time frame in which the money order can go through it natural cancellation process “

This thread has gone on and on and in reality, nothing has yet been resolved. The only thing that has been proven is that there are many members of this site who are willing to do whatever they can to help a fellow herper - in this case - Aaron.

You have been given multiple opportunities to set this all straight with no financial risk on your part.

You have stated that you intend to expand your reptile-related endeavors and pursue a business in this industry. Wouldn't you rather join in and be part of this group of people, as opposed to, one who is thought to be unethical and unwilling to take care of what is essentially a very simple transaction?

While I think that I understand your reasoning in this matter, you have to consider the ramifications of your decision. You have put your honor and reputation at stake over something that is a simple matter of doing the right thing.

It's time for you to step back and look at the bigger picture here.
Take care of business and hopefully you can enjoy additional business in the future. Or stand your ground on some misguided principles and forfeit any kind of future in this industry.

Please take a moment to look at this from an outsiders standpoint and I'm sure that you will see the proper course of action.

Charles, I think you'll agree that Aaron isn't a bad guy. He just wants compensation for his animals. That's fair, right? He hasn't done anything wrong.

If you sent the money order and it got lost, you haven't done anything wrong either.

It's not worth it. Post the receipts, I'll send Aaron his money, and it's done. I give you my word that any repayment to me of your refunded money order will not be made public by me, so it will only be up to you if you want to post any details.

End it tonight, man. I can PayPal Aaron immediately if you just post the documents.

I have kept all correspondences with Charles in a folder on my computer. I don't want to go that route due to the time it is going to cost me, but I am tired of not receiving money that was due, actually a snake that was due, the end of the 3rd week of October, 05.

The biggest part of this that angers me is the loss of the het female. I bought an albino male this year. I was specifically looking for a het female to breed him against. He is a beautiful male that I got from Robert Gruntorad in New York. I have 3 adult normal females that I will end up breeding him with, hopefully, but the only het female I have is 450 grams right now. I don't have a large collection, so the loss of one expected breeder puts a serious dent in my expectations for the year. I traded off all of my other breeds, except four, to make room and actually try to be a breeder of reptiles. I kept 1.1 albino burmese pythons (female is gravid) 1.2 dumeril boas(male is too small yet), 3.5 red tail boas (1.1 albino, 1.1 het albino, 1.2 normal), 3.15 ball pythons (1.0 albino, 1.0 het albino, 0.3 adults, the rest are babies) I sent 1.1 bloods to Charles, 9 corns,7 kings, 1.1 taiwan beauties, 2.0 crested, 0.4 leopards, 0.3 gophers, 2.0 bearded dragons ( supposed to be 1.1 when I bought them), and 1.2 goniosaurus luis. Now you guys know a little more about me, other than me complaining about Charles

Are you saying that you haven't even started the process for canceling the money order yet? Are you saying that you expect me to wait another 60 days from whenever you decide to cancel the money order? If not, what are you planning on starting the process to? Turning yourself in for fraud? That is a rediculous statement if that is what you mean.

Why do you have to resort to bluster and arguing, instead of responding in a civilized manner, as I am attempting to do?

Just to clarify....you called the police and asked them to send someone out because you wanted to report that.......someone is accusing YOU of a crime?
