If you make a donation to the MHS and you can't prove it, I'll try to find out myself and let people know you did. I never held you to any offers above and beyond what was owed to me (including the donation) - not in the past and not now. While I believe that you didn't mean to follow through and shouldn't have made the offers in the first place, I don't care if you do. Just make good on your deals to others in the future.

Couldn't have happened. You said she made the threat of court within 60 days of the transaction in 2005. She didn't post here until 2007. So how can it be that people here on this thread were the ones that recommended it and then she threatened you? It didn't happen.

Matter of fact, when she first posted about what happen to her you stated in your very first response that it was all your fault. That the only reason she hadn't been paid is because of your personal problems.

I seriously doubt that you do not have the ability to READ what you just WROTE and correct the obvious errors. So please, stop playing that game here.

Mr. Schuck, you have touched several times on what you seem to believe this Board Of Inquiry forum is here for from your apparent perspective. I hope that you can see through your misguided opinion long enough to realize that this forum is here to try to encourage everyone to do GOOD business in this arena. It provides the opportunity for people who are doing good business to get accolades for their efforts publicly, just as it offers the opportunity for people to air their grievances, and hopefully work them out to a satisfactory conclusion if the transaction does not go well. Sometimes it is a simple misunderstanding that is easy to work out. Sometimes it is a complete difference in standpoint and policy between the two parties that is insurmountable without some pain involved. And sometimes it becomes the outing of someone who intended to do wrong all along, and in those instances the incident becomes a warning to others about the jeopardy they undertake if they decide to do business with the wrong-doer. We are not above enjoying a public hanging (metaphorically speaking) when the subject blatantly and obviously deserves it.

Management tries hard to keep the conversations civil here. MANY people have been banned for various lengths of time, including permanently when they insisted on making the conversation less than professional in scope and delivery. But it's a pretty tough job trying to force people to be nice in stressful discussions. How can you say to someone "Be nice or I'll ban you!" without appearing to be not so nice yourself? You have made some rather unflattering comments towards the readership here, and I do understand that the reflex to lash out is sometimes unbearable when you feel that you yourself are being lashed out at. But it is rare that such talk doesn't reflect negatively on the talker instead of the target of such talk. In most cases, those people I mentioned earlier wanting me to delete their posts here were doing so exactly for this very reason. They did not want a potential employer to read words they posted in haste while emotionally fired up beyond reasonableness and maturity. Truth of the matter is, very few employers or clients will want to deal with people of that nature close up and personal in a work environment.

Bear in mind that a lot of people here HAVE been burned at one time or another, and there is a lot of animosity towards someone perceived as being a bad guy involved in yet another bad deal. Heck, I have been burned before, and quite honestly I sincerely and absolutely HATE scammers. Which is why I still run this site even after retiring from the business. I WANT this site to help stomp as many of them into oblivion as possible. If even one scammer gets starved out of business because this site deservingly steered potential customers away from him or her, then that is a happy and rewarding day for me.

So with that in mind, please understand that we all WANT you to do what is right, take the high road, and be a good guy. That is what this forum is here for. It may be harsh at times, but the intentions are generally good.

In my personal opinion, "20 or so" issues out of thousands is still 20 or so way too many. Not every deal has to end being perfect for both parties, but they can ALWAYS end being at least acceptable, no matter how badly they go. When a deal goes bad, you just have to ask one question and then DO it: "What do you need me to do to make this right?"

Alexa also only ranks on 3 months previous traffic to a particular site. If visitors to a site don't have the (lame) Alexa toolbar installed, then that site will not get Alexa rank "contributions". Alexa means nothing.

I do mass amounts of transactions and I have said it before the 23-25 accounts posted on line are but a very small percentage of my business. We can start with those 3000+ invoices in question? and then when I asked even if provided with such evidence what is the ratio of Good transaction x bad?? and when I used example as such I got reprimanded.
