    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

Sometimes it is not always easy. But I think that by taking the high road when you are confident of your position, the difference between you and the person you feel has done wrong is just that much more obvious. You just look that much more better.

Class and integrity. Not always easy, (there are times when I show my aggravation level); but I think it is worth striving for.
 
Well, unfortunately, it cost me 10 bucks... live and learn... As for the Karma... dont understand it.. i jsut know mine dropped by about 70 points in a matter of minutes. lol how is THAT ever going to go up again? :ack2:

If that was the case, and things where on a better note once I registered. everything would have went fine, I was convicted long before I every logged on. Everyone had already made there minds up by then, Now I am seeking the authorities and talking legal action. Which is above all of you. It will be nice to see the responses once this is all over, And Lets not forget my main POINT! I have the right to await the time frame list by the USPS in order to have a complete refund of my money before sending Aaron another money order. Which I and as listed in this thread FULLY ready to prove my case in court.
 
I guess some of us never learn, Again I was victimized far before I every logged on. I had the decided to prove my case in court... I sure all I get once this has been proven is yet more BULL but it would have proven that I was correct in my decision in waiting for the time frame. Which at this point is all that I am looking for. Now I did inform Aaron win or loose I still will make good on his en, But not after the time frame. Again If was asked to provide that from the start things would have went another route, Many of you had already make your minds up for the many of others that have been bad mouthed before me with any knowledge of the facts and or terms of the agreement I am taking this to court and POST the Resolution provided by the court system.

PS. It will be posted in and on several other web site that I am affiliated with so all can see!

YOU are taking this to court? I'm not sure I understand why you would be filing charges, and what charges they might be. Aren't you the one who owes money? What's up with that?

And some would more accurately just call it "twisted". As stated by many, ind IMHO also, CS long ago used up all benefit-of-the-doubt which even the most generous here had allocated, and to make any effort to debate his words is to be "urinating in the wind", among other challenges. You are correct in an earlier post Aaron that CS has already paid far in excess of any value he gained by not remitting the $389 to you. In the words of others, this is another quality example of what one can do when given enough rope. Until CS squares this, it is a guarantee that many who have participated here, or even just viewed the thread, will issue warnings whenever CS emerges elsewhere in the hobby. Even though he is the culprit in this thread, most of us would readily agree that Chuck is not "all bad", although it is hard to cite a redeeming quality here. But like so many issues that come here, its not the crime, but once again "the cover-up"!

Good! Then the people on other sites will also know not to deal with you and hopefully will end your ability to scam people. I usually keep my mouth shut on this forum and just come here to check on potential business prospects as I trust the people on this forum to provide valued information on people in this industry. I work very hard for my money and do not like my money to be stolen because of scam artists.
My point is Chuck, you are cutting off your nose to spite your face and at this point, I don't think you will ever sell another reptile to ANYONE who knows about this website. In this industry, trust is the one value that you must be able to give and attain between buyer and seller and you have lost your ability to be trusted. You have been asked over and over and over and over and over to post the money order. Still no money order. Aaron asked you information on the money order and you ignored his questions. What you are doing here is making yourself look very, very bad and not too smart to boot. But, it is your reputation not mine so keep doing what you are doing and we will all watch you crash and burn.

Aaron, good luck my friend but I agree with everyone else in that you will probably never see your money from Mr. President, Owner, Founder of the IT company that doesn't spell to well.
 
lucille I am making sure this goes to court! Why evern comment on anything else! I wil post the court finds as we go, Looking forward to hearing all the comments after the court finds. I sure there will be along the lines of.

Great! Make sure someone brings you stamps in jail. And when did I mention legal advice? I simply stated that Aaron requested information from you on the money order that you STILL have not provided because suddenly, you lost it. So, how will you prove in court that you sent a money order? Sounds like you are the one that needs to seek legal advice; FROM A DEFENSE LAWYER! I believe you were told already this would turn into a criminal case against you since you are the perpetrator here, not Aaron. But, you seem sure of yourself buddy. Go ahead, be my guest.

Why would you put yourself in that untenable position when you are the one owing?
I do not think you will even post the charges you might file because I see none that might sustain an action.

I do think the others are correct in that this endless exposition on your part will challenge possibilities of future successes in any field, but especially the reptile biz. As a customer of several Fauna vendors, I have been very pleased at the good service I have received from them, and have been happy to recommend them to others. It is that sort of customer satisfaction, that should be your goal.

You can't please everybody, but when in doubt, you will maximize the effort to do so, including the ability to look in the mirror when its all said and done, by following the Golden Rule. Many other posts in this thread have tried to nudge you in this direction. You are a horrific with spelling, grammer, and syntax, and have likely had to deal with these problems all of your life, and suffered along the way as well. You obviously have some talents too. Regardless of where you think you are within your rights, and there are many skeptics to your views on that, you have ignored the rule that should guide you through it all, and which would always steer your reputation on the best possible course. You do not need to be a rocket scientist, or even a good writer or speller. It is possible that you have gotten caught up in this "battle" here, and maybe even possible that you think that providing excuse after excuse has you somehow winning the battles from post to post. But you are losing the war, or as put by another "cutting off your nose to spite your face". There are many business lessons that we all must learn, but the price we pay for each one is usually well within our control. You are over-spending.

You have damaged your reputation in the community with the antics here but it is no too late to regain a shred of credibility. Stop all the games and excuses and simply PayPal the money owed to Aaron. On one hand you keep making claims that the amount of money involved is insignificant to you. You contradict that by being willing to have your name ruined over this idiotic situation.

Just cancel the M.O., pay the guy, and end this circus

lucille as far as this site goes I was already convicted before I ever even registered, Which is why I am seeking the legal action. Once it has been proven in my favor I guess we all will see who was wrong. My hole point here was that I have the right to away the time frame, So we will see what the court say about this, you all seem to think I have to send him a money order right away and I don't I following the law and still am. We will see in court. I am standing up for I sure other that have been place in my shoes and didn't have the means to take legal action! Mortgaged house, Sold car, Reptiles collection sold or not. I will prove my point at any expensive to me.


PS. I am that serious about this!

I'm sure that the court findings will allow be to prove my case, Aaron has to wait the allowed time frame. If the reptile community does not understand that I sure that once the court has inform him of this I will forward it for your all to read through.
