CS, this is not just a hole you are digging, but a mineshaft. I for one am not a fan of the posting of settled history solely to defame someone, specifically your criminal record involving narcotics. You got caught when you were (?) young and foolish, and many of the rest of us did not At the same time, I do think that the links to business dealings and poor ethics in other business venues were relevent. You've created quite a train-wreck here though, with your reputation as the main victim. Welcome back the the hobby! What an introduction you gave yourself, eh? You have not nor ever provided any proof of any funds sent to Arron. By your own admission you never sent Aaron the $389 only alluded to possibly sending maybe $200 to a wrong address. You have not nor ever sent the snake you offered in trade to Aaron.
The members here on fauna will continue to compile all public information pertaining to your other unpaid business transactions and past criminal behavior. This will not only assist Aaron when he files his complaint but others you have defrauded.

I know that you have trouble understanding what people say to you but you MUST PAY AARON $389.00 now. No excuses.

You may continue to write incoherent lies in an effort to misdirect people and try to confuse them but what you fail to realise is that once it is written here it stays here for all to see. LIE after LIE. You can't hide what you wrote before by writing something else later. Like I said before "You can lie but you can't hide" anything that you have already written.

I think we all have done a great job pointing out Charles lack of ethics although he did not need much help on the subject.

He will never post the copy of the money order, I believe it to be a mute point. Anyone searching this thread in the future will probably read the first few pages. And jump to the end to see if there was a resolution.

If by some miracle Charles ever decides to pay Aaron then it should be updated here but I can’t see letting this guy just sit around “Jaw Jacking” as he would say.
Aaron, I hope you keep us updated on your progress with the known thief, As I said, I would be more than happy to take a look at what you might have up for sell. If you are looking for anything you can shoot me email and I will try and see what I can do for you.

I don’t think there is a need to address Charles anymore, he has nothing of any value to say. I am by no means telling anyone not to post but he has proven without a doubt that he has no ethics or customer service of any kind. He has been proven to be a liar and has contradicted almost every single word he has typed.

Regardless of what he does in the future, we will always know him as a liar by his posts here.

Unfortunately, no matter how many time we ask him, he will never say when the money order was cancelled, he will never say what the # is, or scan an image.. it is hard to do something or provide something that never existed. This is all very unfortunate for Aaron as he in the end is the one that got the raw end of the deal. There will unfortunately always be people like Chuck out here and it makes it just that little bit harder to do deals with people or for some of us to get started.. But as it has been said, this is where being known as an honorable person in the forums and BOI come in.

At this point it seems the best course of action is to just to stop giving this individual the attention he so desperately wants and just ignore the fact that he exists as far as this thread goes. It is to the point that he will never provide what is asked of him, and he has a lie to cover up ANYTHING you throw at him. We know he is talking out the side of his mouth and he does to. I think he actually Believes he is converting some of us to his "side" as he likes to refer to it as... the "chuck side" and the "everyone else" side.

Aaron, I know it wouldn't be of much help and it won't bring your loss back, but if I see anything you are selling that I am looking for, I wouldn't hesitate buying from you. I actually sold a snake today to someone that had previously purchased from you and he had nothing but good things to say... so as it has been said, the "reptile community" is allot smaller than anyone would think. (take note of this Chuck)

Note to Chuck... We all know what you have done and it is all out there for anyone to find that has the slightest knowledge of the internet. It is no mystery, and definitely not hard to find. You have now made it possible for your dealings int eh reptile community to be seen and believe me when I say that with over 10,000 visits to this thread, you are definitely not going to recover from this. Sure you may find the occasional person that is uneducated enough to do business with you and then they will get burnt, but at least, if nothing else, the numbers of people you will be able to burn has been drastically reduced. DO yourself a favor, grow up, be a man and do something right in your life... from all that we have seen you haven't done much right yet... try it, you might actually find that it works better for you..

Yes, Looks like we both came to the same conclusion. But I was on page 9, I have the forum set to 40 posts per page and did not notice there was a page 10. When I saw page ten after I posted, I read this statement from Charles.
It’s not me either, so I wonder whom he might be talking about? Sounds like BS to me. I think to make an accusation like that in general about the members of this forum is disgusting. Very dirty Charles!

I have noticed that when Charles is backed into a corner he immediately reacts how he thinks others are reacting to him. Note that when Aaron said is is talking to the police and getting advice, yet not wanting to file a formal complaint, Charles freaked out and instantly called the police to get his side of the story first. As soon as he sees that some were looking into past problems others had with him, he instantly threw out crap to try and warn us that he is doing it first and worst. He is a perfect example of Newton's 3rd Law "For every action, there is an equal and opposite reaction." His actions towards others often equal the actions of others towards him. I know there is a psychological understanding of this behavior, but at the moment I am tired and need to sleep, so I will look into some more tomorrow.
