Chuck, post the copy of the money order receipt or serial number PROVING YOU SENT IT, or be quiet. NO ONE formed a bad opinion about you (since you keep saying you were "convicted before you even got here") until MANY people asked you MANY times to post proof of the sent/lost money order.

If you lost the receipt, you couldn't cancel it, which is probably why you won't pay Aaron (and this is assuming you did send it). Why can't you see this?

This was a good-will-based transaction (trade) - Aaron sent the snake without having received payment first. So obviously he gave YOU the benefit of the doubt, TRUSTING YOU without knowing you, to send the payment. Now he has no snake, and no money. How WOULD YOU FEEL? Hmm? Nice how you repay his trust in you to send a snake to you without payment, with the response that you don't trust HIM enough to send him payment before the 60 day money order cancellation period. So his trust in you rewarded him with the big ol' shaft. And this is NOT the same as having a UPS shipment lost and having the recipient have to file a claim with UPS... you got your MERCHANDISE!

Just replying to your message from yesterday directed to me. I did not assume you were guilty when I first read the post. But your reactions and FAILURE TO PROVIDE INFORMATION or PROOF that you even sent payment makes you sound like a scammer.

Also - just because Aaron and the rest of us go to sleep at night does not mean all of a sudden you won't be the target of a criminal inquiry as you implied at 2am this morning.

I couldn't agree with you more Lauren. You said exactly what I have been thinking the entire time this thing has been going on. Will Aaron ever get his money? Not a snowball's chance in . But, as stated before, at least another scammer has been recognized and we all know not to have any dealings with this guy.
Aaron, I really wish this didn't have to happen to you but your loss probably saved someone else thousands as this guy obviously has scammed a lot mroe from other people. And I commend you for your professionalism and courtesy to this guy even after it became obvious you would not get your agreed upon trade or money.

I agree with the others who have posted recently. Unless Chuckie decides to value his word and post the M.O. receipt or pony up the cash he owes, this one is stalled till Aaron gets the legal ball rolling.

Denigrating, demeaning to others
Immature
Normal with delusions
Interpersonal exploitation

This is just my thoughts about his posting and paranoia he has exhibited. He wants all the attention and believes he is the best thing in this world, he will beat anyone down to get to the top, he will do so in ways of stealing, pathological lying and deceiving. He does not care about anyone but himself, he thinks this is fun. He believes that everything he did in the mini bike world(though it was a lot of lies and stealing there) he is the reason the mini bike races are so popular. He actually believes this whole thread makes him a stronger, stand up guy, and leader in the reptile community because he is being given so much attention. He believes he in now popular and everyone will now want to do business with him.

That being said, Charles, you will not be given much attention any more. Either provide the proof or go away. We all have said enough, time for action, not reaction.

Reading this thread has been like watching a three-ring circus. It's time to put up or shut up. I hope the next post is to say he's having a nice stay in jail.

As it certainly did in this thread, BOI history shows that cooler minds will not readily prevail. Expecting quick solutions to situations where the hair is up on folks' backs is also not to be had in any dispute. Don't know if Charles will ever see the error in his ways, whether it be his reneging on his obligation to Aaron, or then allowing so much additional damage to be done here. But maybe as this thread drifts down the board, and blood pressures come down, something will be salvaged. In the meantime, until Aaron has satisfaction, many of us would implore him to continue to make use of those resources available to him to, especially law enforcement and those within the reptile community. It may not ever get him money from Charles, although the cost to Charles will be far more than $389 which he owes, but it may convince others not to follow in Charles' footsteps. I commend you Aaron for your professionalism throughout. And Charles, it is never too late.

Hello everyone,

Here is what I have done so far.

1. filed a criminal police report with my local PD. Unfortunately for me, it is only petty theft, a 1st degree misdemeanor. The felony level in Idaho is $1000.

2. I have a lawyer on file already for an adoption case. I have him looking into filing a lawsuit against Charles. I believe that I can sue for damages, lawyer's fees, and the original money owed. I don't know yet if I have to file here or there. My lawyer did laugh when I told him that Charles was filing something there.

3.I have contacted the St Paul police department. I am waiting for a detective/officer to call me back.

I gave up a while ago about getting my money back. I hope that Charles will grow up a little and show some maturity. I realize that is not likely after his childish responses in this forum. I did not post the original thread to destroy anyone, it was simply to apply reasonable pressure to point Charles in the right direction. I sincerely hope that the reptile community avoids dealings with Charles, however, I know that some still will. I will continue to do things that way I always have, as fair as possible.

Thanks for all of the support. This is one of the reasons I like dealing in the reptile community. I will be going to any shows in the Vegas, Utah, Washington, or Oregon area this coming year. If any of you will be there, let me know so I can stop by and say hi.

I dont think you will ever get an answer on this because its hard to cancel something you never sent in the first place.

PS. I have see a few hatchling on a ball breeders website, Tell me what once and I will paid for it, If not I will choose one and have them ship it and post everything... Again sorry for all this but I needed to make sure that money got completely canceled.

I didn't want to comment, after seeing Charles "claim" to want to do right. But then he utters more confusing, non-relevent, issue-avoiding nonsense, not much more than jibberish. Still avoiding his obligations, failing to provide documentaton of shallow claims, etc. Aaron has put the legal options in motion, and until he gets $389 from Charles, I hope he keeps the pressure on to the full extent that the law allows. The solution has always been simple if CS had any integrity.

Junkyard, I found on several sites het hatchling male for $100-300. Which ever the full payment of the Money Order will be paid the ball is because I told Aaron that I would send him one of my offspring, Due to the issues in this post I want to get everything done right away so I search other breeder for babies. Again the Hatchling is extra something I am juts putting on the top of the deal. So to Aaron having to wait for the cancellation period, and for juts good business.

Translation

What I believe Charles is saying is that originally he agreed to buy the Bloods from Aaron at the advertised price of $300 plus $89 shipping instead of trading for the het albino female ball initially promised.

So, on the 26th Aaron should expect $389 to be mailed to him.

He also initially told Aaron that as an added goodwill gesture (since he decided not to trade him the female het ball) he would give Aaron an offspring from the (not traded) het female that is "being bred" to an albino male. I believe in his above post he is offering to purchase Aaron a male het albino of Aarons choice (up to $150 plus shipping) from another breeder now, in ieu of waiting for one of Charles offspring from the (not traded) female.

We shall see if all of this happens though...........

I do understand that Aaron had to wait 60day which I would have been mad also, I do believe in good customer service and at the same time felt like I didn't want to be taken myself, Truly I never feel that based on the wait Aaron would get something extra... I sure the listed agreement is ok with everyone... Aaron please post your answer, Also if you find something else you want ASAP. I am ready to purchases it NOW to show you good business. Post here and the link... The $150 is ONLY extra for the wait, and have noting to do with the $389.00.

Sounds to me like Mr. Schuck didn't have the money to pay Aaron and instead of telling him this, used all these stall tactics to wait until payday.
