    In short, DON'T! Email notices are to ONLY alert you of a reply to your private message or your ad on this site. Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

Glad to see that you are well this Sunday morning. With regard to pages, etc, evidently there are different ways to view this on a computer, so the page numbers do not register the same for all. It is usually more accurate to refer to the number of posts, specific post #, etc. That way, we are all talking the same language (eh?).

With all the added posts that interested members will wake up to this morning, most will just jump to the end to just see if there is a resolution, and upon seeing there is not, perhaps make a quick scan to see if there are any new developments worthy of note. I do not believe there is an affirmative thing to report on either count. Whether it be the first 100 posts, the last 100 posts, or any in between, I do not see where anything that could be considered remotely in your best interests as having been advanced. Until the claimed earlier "good intentions" are documented (as promised) and validated where possible, and there is resolution of the debt you owe to Aaron in some equitable fashion, the growth of this thread will only be as a growing tumor on your reputation, IMO. If you see it as a good thing, then perhaps you should set a goal of 1000 posts, or more.

Jim as always you astound me! I jsut wish Chuck understood a word of what you just said......defamation of character obviously doesnt matter to Mr Schuck and he seems to think this will boost his business opportunities? I am sure it will..... in the RED!
 
Well I was fined ans suspended (which I expected) so I am done with this thread. aaron, good luck my man. Chuck, please find another hobby......

I hadn't noticed! I confess that I welcome the muzzle he is now wearing! I genuinely bear no ill-will against CS, and only want to see him resolve this, both for his benefit and Aaron's. I do hold his current words and actions in contempt though, as it seems we all do. I contributed my own $10 earlier in the thread, but am a wiser man now.

As many as are needed and warrant that action. The bickering and name calling are not necessary nor needed within this thread to make the points that need to be made. The sooner this point gets across to everyone, the better off we all will be.

You are saying that you have not sent me my extra animal because I have not responded to you and that you should be able to take more time because I took so much time to respond with animals that I want.

post # 411 on 1/8/06 is when you asked for the information on what animal I wanted.

Post #423 on 1/9 (1 day later) I replied to you and sent you a link for an animal I would take

Post #424 on 1/9 I sent another link for another animal. It is now 1/23 and I still don't have UPS/Fedex knocking on my door.

The other point I made is that I don't want you sending any type of payment via any mail service. I want you to paypal the money to me. That way I don't get something I sign for and open up an empty envelope. Paypal gives us both proof that this has been paid.

Please check the next post from me. I will make your job of buying a snake easier. I am going to post several links for animals that I would accept as a "bonus" snake. I do not want any more males. I have too many now.

Yes, I filed a police report with my local police. Unfortunately for me, the cutoff for a felony, in Idaho, is $1000. He took me for $389.76. It has been filed as an inactive misdemeanor petty theft. I have talked to a lawyer about filing a lawsuit against him. It would cost me more to file and appear, than what he owes me. Charles knows his game very well. There is not much more I can do except make sure everyone knows what he is like, and keep this thread in the spotlight as much as possible. I will be extremely shocked if he follows through on sending me either the money or the snake. I am not going to give him any excuses to say I didn't do what I said I would. I have been very patient so far. I will honestly post what happens after the 26th of this month. I hope that this thread has enlightened people about his business ethics. This business is based on a lot of trust. The lack of that trust destroys any credibility that anyone has of promoting any het animals, or ability to complete deals. I am surprised that anyone would willingly destroy their reputation on this site for whatever reason. I am into my reptiles for the hobby, and also for some extra money. I value my reputation and will always strive to make those that deal with me as happy as possible. That is all I asked of Charles in the beginning of this.

He has created this fiasco on his own, and seems to enjoy it. I guess he doesn't realize, or probably care, what he has portrayed himself to be.

there is no trust for Charles, hasn't been since he burned me. I will give anyone the benefit of the doubt until I get burned. I got burned bad enough that I am still crispy.

Well Aaron don't expect him to reply to this because he was fined and suspended Sunday along with me. I doubt he will pony up another $10 to get his membership back up. I eventried to keep our argument off the forum by emailing him directly but he continued to taunt me here. Just wanted to let you know......

Aaron, you have been provided with enough information via my earlier post to at least make like a bit difficult for Chuck. I would highly encourage you to make contact with each and everyone person I listed. I would also pursue the misdemeanor charges and have the officer you spoke with file it with Chuck's local PD. $400 is not much in the scheme of things but it has become principle now. Stop holding your breath and make things happen.....

Do not accept a payment from him and change your outlook on his character. It is far too late for that, the hole he dug is way too deep.
 
So today is the day. Aaron, anything from Charles, or has he proven once again that he cannot be trusted to keep his word.
 
Hey Aaron, let us know what happened. I have a vested interested in this case now ($10 for fines) and really want to know how this turned out!
