    In short, DON'T! Email notices are to ONLY alert you of a reply to your private message or your ad on this site. Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

BAD GUY Charles Schuck CSReptiles

I have heard from Charles twice today. Once stating that he is getting his account fixed today, the other asking for the links for the snakes again. I have not been paid yet....not that anyone expected anything else. I will, however, update everyone IF he does come through today. We will see.

He forgot to tell you that there is a 60 day waiting period to have it fixed.......... and his computer will start having problems before he has the chance to order your snake.....

While he is fined and suspended, he could have created a new identity to at least be able to read here. But in reference to Aaron's keeping us posted:

Sure, it may be more stalling, and possibly complete BS. But at least its voluntary communication from Chuck. He can still fix this and move on anew !
 
I had hoped to be proven wrong but I can see that there are no surprises here, there's no "it pay day" from Charles.

Aaron I know you posted that you filed theft charges against Mr Schuck III were you are....have you filed them through his local PD too?

I am waiting to hear your latest excuse. You continue to make promises, commitments, and assurances. The one thing you have yet to do is actually prove yourself. You are unable to provide proof of the original atttempt at payment. You seem to be unable to send the money, when you promised, 3 monthes after I should have had it. I have resent you the invoice for paypal, and I sent you the links for the fabled extra snake yesterday. What are you going to do?

Aaron my friend, I hate to say this but I guess you can kiss that money goodbye. BUT,the good thing is we all know what a scam artist this guy is now and hopefully people will come here before buying anything from him in the future. You paid the price so many others wont have to my friend. And I still commend you on your professionalism and calmness through this entire ordeal.
 
You are probably right. Charles is not answering emails again, nor did he send my money. However, as you said, hopefully no one else will have to go through this...unfortunately I have heard from a few people that have/are.

Aaron I sent an email to Chuck last night as well because the day he and I were both suspended, I emailed him directly and we talked back and forth as to why people think he is a bad guy and he completely thinks he has done nothing wrong. But, just like you, I haven't heard a word from him and probably wont. He told me in one email that he really was a stand up guy and that we would all owe him an apology once he made this right........ :rofl:
 
He is still trying to run scams.....

I just got a PM from someone saying that Chuck is on other forums trying to get people to do trades but when they googled him, this thread showed up and they banned him from the site! I am happy to see this forum is working to get these type of people out of our community! Keep spreading the word!!!!!!!

I am not too surprised that you have disappeared, once again. I have not heard from you for a while. I still don't have my money. I would be very interested in hearing what your version is. What are you going to say was the excuse for not fulfilling your promises this time?

Well, at least we're not having to navigate 10 miles of roadkill where once the English language had existed. On the flip side, I had been hoping to learn more of the elusive "bounce snake". No joke, but it'll be in print somewhere as an "old wive's tale" or "urban legend" generations from now, right next to "hoop snakes".

I took a chance and called Charles from a new cell phone number. He answered the phone. He told me, " I am in the hospital with a lung infection." He told me to call him on Monday and we will "finalize the arrangements" to get me my money. He told me that he cannot use paypal because he was "scammed" by someone in russia and his paypal account is $10k negative.

Just figured I would give everyone the ?update?????

Just for speculations sake, I didn't know that PayPal would let you run a negative balance, much less a $10K one ! Even with a PayPal credit card, is it not a debit card ? Well, at least know that the phone number is good, and I would recommend becoming an annoyance using it come Monday, and every day thereafter.

A bit off track...but Paypal Credit is just that...a credit card. I find it hard to believe they would give him a 10K credit line. More likely...someone did a charge back after he failed to follow through on yet another deal.
 
I think we all know that the Russian's did not pull a "chargeback" scam on poor Chucky ! It would have required that he somehow shipped $10G's worth of critters to Russians ! I appreciate the possible explanation Shanti, and trust that I know it was just idle speculation in the same vein that I was speculating in. I think that Aaron caught him off guard, and his hasty reaching for an excuse went even further over the edge than the earlier speed-bumps in his unfortunate life !
 
Well, it doesn't necessarily have to be Russians that did the chargeback, lol. It could very well have been someone else right here in the USA that he pulled this same BS with.....and they in turn did the chargeback.
