    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

The administrator of the site deleted that thread because Charles was very upset and was trying to start some retaliatory threads. She is aware of what he's done and has been "keeping and eye on him". I don't think that she deleted all the threads I tagged but only the one that Charles saw.

Biscuit71 I can really see where your thinking that Aaron will not get paid, But from my stand point from here I need legal action on all of this! So from here on this has to be taking up in court. I have speaking to legal consul and will be placing my filings on Monday! I then will pay for the account to get re-enabled on fauna. So like I said in the first place, I had the right to await the time frame, You guys didn't have the right to harass me.

PS. Your mouth can get you into trouble... And for which every one of you called the Animal control my permit was granted and my care for all my herps was very good.

if you like I can give you all the links to other forums also so you can make a foul out of yourself again?

Also as you can see, All posted regarding this will be removed, legal action has been taken cest and access of all misleading content will be removed so I sure hope you have proof for every comments you have posted.

While I have nothing positive to say about the character and integrity of CS, it is getting such that I read his posts for their unintended humor. It seems we have a new dialect or language emerging here .... not so much the poor syntax and spelling, but the new words and terms which emerge once a "spell check" is applied to it. Seems that poor spell-check is even having a hard time of things. I believe that it has given us a new form of "pig-Latin", or "CS speak". Here are just a few recent examples:

Intended word (before mispelling) CS spellcheck "speak"
1) bonus snake; bounce snake
2) summons; Simmons
3) counsel; consul
Ther may be other examples.

Of course, it is possible that he meant that if you don't like rubber snakes, Ambassador Simmons will be paying you a visit ! :)

CEST stands for Center for English Studies Technology (Don’t forget Charles is into computers). This center investigates the role of advanced information technology in the fields of writing, literature, and cultural studies. That sentence is probably a motto: be a part of CEST and you can access anything! Simple…;)

Charles is a "master" of dissemination. He can complain about "harrassment", "fouls", and legal "consul", yet has forgotten the only reason that his name has been brought up. He stole 2 animals from me, refuses to pay me, has an endless supply of petty excuses, and cannot keep his own schedule for taking care of a problem. I am actually impressed that he can figure out which identity is talking on a given day. We all know that he has no intention of taking care of any of his commitments. His phone number at Target no longer works. He is complaining about false statements to the HR dept of where he worked, "Target", yet he told us he doesn't work for Target. He was a paid consultant, so which department is his HR dept? I would hate to try to make a resume for him. It would be a long novel just to get through the jobs he had yesterday.

I am grateful to everyone for their support, and hopefully we can push people like him out of the mainstream of the reptile community.

I was just thinking...Wouldn't this make the best "Judge Judy" episode?

I can hear it now as she answers his counter claim for harassment.....

"People bugged and harassed you to pay?...SO WHAT! ... you admit you owe him for the snakes so my question to you sir is WHY DIDN'T YOU PAY HIM!?!".... Charles answers with more ridiculous reasons....then under her breath.."some people just don't get it". Then interrupting Charles" I'm ready to make my ruling. I find in favor of the plaintive...PAY AARON!"
 
I sent an email and a private message to Charles through Pangea. He is not responding to either. I know this shocks everyone, but thought I would let you know.

Charles Schuck is the poster child for everything that's bad in the reptile business. It's obvious to everyone that he never intended anything but to rip you off. Take this "gentleman" to court, get your judgement and forget about him. The rest of the reptile world will. To quote a post from John Schmitt about another similar individual: He couldn't buy a reptile at gunpoint after all that's been posted about, and especially by, him.

Get your money through the courts.
Hopefully, allow him to serve some time for theft - and move on.

I just got off of the phone with Charles.

He apologized to me, stated that he was wrong for the way he handled this situation.

He paid me what he owed me plus $100, and I have already confirmed it is in my paypal.com account.

He has also stated that he will send me a hatchling female to help make up for the aggravation he has caused me.

I don't like the way things were handled, however, he did finally come through, for whatever reason.

a little long in coming. It was probably the threat of Judge Judy!
You handled yourself well throughout this ordeal Aaron. It pays to be persistant and to utilize the BOI. :beer:
 
Aaron, I recommend buying a lottery ticket tonight !! Glad it is fixed. It would have been nice if this was one of the first 10-15 posts here, and not number 570-plus. Better late than never.
