After agreeing to a trade Jeannine backed out with no contact and blocked me from facebook. This was after I paid promptly, gave numerous references and did everything she asked to make her feel comfortable even though I was the one taking the risk. I eventually did get a refund but am blown away by the lack of respect and her poor attitude. She wasted my time without an apology or explanation and was very rude as well. I would never do ANY business with a person like this when their is plenty of good people out there.

I am sorry to hear that you had a bad trade deal with Jeannine. I had a very good trade deal with her just last week. We shipped at the same time and the 2 snakes came in healthy and just the way they were supposed to.

Rob, that is my hypothesis as well. I gave Chris a positive reference to Jeannine and even thanked Jeannine for following up on a reference check, as not many people do so. I suspect Jeannine made a deal with Chris, the trade was finalized and money was exchanged, then Kelly offered a deal that was more appealing to Jeannine. Not a very mature modus operandi, regardless. I was quite upset for Chris, and I had to contact Jeannine through Facebook so Chris could be refunded the remaining 10% of his money, which was not initially returned to him.

Here are my Facebook correspondences from her. I fully admit that I don't know the full extent of the conversations Chris had with her, and I believe she refunded the remaining 10% after the final message here.

Perhaps Chris or Kelly can shed light on why she backed out of the deal. I admit the information I have is incomplete. I was/am angry because this happened to a colleague of whom I gave a positive reference for, which I do not give lightly or often.
