    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

Lisa, he was actually finally removed for creating a false "bad guy" post about another member here...making up lies just to "get back" at someone who had obviously gotten the better of him. Though his crazy rants above didn't help any either, I'm sure.

And Brian, I don't think anyone would think that Chris was in any way in the wrong on this one. You raised a very valid question, however.....just how long is long enough to keep your "proof"? I know I keep ALL paper trails, but just how long do you have to keep a corpse in your freezer? I think a lot of it leads back to the fact that if you have made a purchase from a reputable breeder, they would have addressed the situation immediately, and you would have no need to keep the body for an extended periods of time. Perhaps it all comes down to how long you hold out hope of ever getting anything back from the person you purchased from, if they refuse to address the situation right away. :shrug01:

That's what I meant by his temper tantrum. I got to read the first few posts of it earlier today, but had to take care of something at work, and when I went back to finish it had already been pulled.

Well I just want to say thanks to everone who post here an read.I enjoyed the info very much.An John I wish it would of worked out better between us John.When I first meet you on reptileauction,I thought we could be good business parters.I guess I was wrong.An I can blame myself for not educating myself before jumping into something I know nothing about.An you knew that an took advantage of me.You know when we meet I had the up most respect for you.You told me you been in the business for 20 years.I said to myself man this guy really knows his stuff.The thing I want you to know John is the reason for me doing this is,if I can stop one person from buying from you I did my job.Iam not doing this to make a name for myself John.Because after this happening Iam getting out of the reptile business.It's a shame that Iam letting this effect me.An I know in this business they have good breeders out their,but that is just the way it goes.Oh an one more thing John you talk so bad about about Louisiana, an you lived here before bro whats up with that.WHAT GOES AROUND COMRES AROUND

You don't need to keep the corpse. Photographs as well as notarized statements from witnesses that the snake is dead and the body disposed of would suffice in small claims court. Any related documents should be retained at least until the statute of limitations for any legal actions have expired (duration dependent upon location).

since my name was on here i will tell you what i know of jack YOU STOLE MY PICS to try and sell your stuff (still pisssed about that) and john can be a handfull but not with my dealings a thief but you once a theif allways a theif if anyone trust you after taking my pics to try to sell your stuff is a fool if anyone has any doubt ask the staff at the auction i had his ad taking down with proof they were my pics of my snakes

i had told him that if he had a beef with you he should start a new thread (in a PM)... this way he could provide proof of what he was talking about and it woud be easier for everyone to see and follow, but I see that he has not done that...So I guess what he had said in his earlier post was BS... :shrug01:
 
yet you talk behind peoples back TS i cant give proof becuase the post he had on the classifieds part of the auctionsite that him me and john were fighting about was on the older site and is not up anymore thats why i sent a email to the auctionsite to see if they have a record of when they took his auction down and i have nothing to fear from anyone my word is gold so you guys say as you wish

This guy is finally out of the game. I trusted him dispite what was said here and got burned. Now he is finally done. Selling everything he owns on the reptile auctions and getting out. Just thought I should share this good news. Ever since he was called out here he has been in a downward spiral. The BOI really works. Wilian Risco

Iam glad he is out of the game.An not selling anymore reptiles or so say he was.More like ripping people off.Like I said before I wish this would of went better but thats life.But I think we haven't heard the last of boidbuilder he will be back doing what he does best scamming people.With a new name an everything once a scammer always a scammer.I want to thank everone for posting here an everything.An what goes around comes around.Oh an John when you running aganist Jack Cline your coming out second place everytime boy.
