Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them.     Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

Long story short.
Neil Furbee ordered goods from me ( PVC CAGES ) with paypal, after items were shipped, paypal took the money from me for suspicious activity, Neil apparently did not have enough money in his bank account to cover his purchase or he stopped payment with his bank.
He was a verified paypal user.
Neil will not return my calls,
Maybe someone else would like to call him :iagree: :yesnod:

How long after you shipped did Paypal withdraw the funds?

Couple day's and same day.
The total deal took About 2 and 2.5 weeks.
He order 3 items, say Sept 1st, I shipped Sept 14th and Sept 18th, paypal took the funds on Sept 18th ( These are not exact dates, not going to look up exacts, it did just happen this week )
On a Friday I shipped 2 then on the following Tuesday I shipped the 3rd, that same day is when it happened.
So for anyones info, if you take paypal, 2.5 weeks later, paypal can still yank the funds, if items are over $250 make sure you ship within 7 day's of receiving funds and get a signiture requried on shipping, also make sure they have a verified paypal account ( Neil did )
If it is under $250 you will be covered by paypal seller policy as long as you can provide a tracking # and buyer is verified.

I was lucky enough to fall under paypal policy, so paypal paid me for 2 items, the 3rd item I stopped in transit so I only lost out on the shipping for the 3rd item.
Neil does have 2 items that paypal paid me for, so now he owes paypal.
He will not be able to use his paypal account until he clears this up but he might find other way's to scam ?

That is a false claim. Paypal can honor their terms, and then later go after the other party. It is possible you did fix something but you have provided zero evidence.

People who come on here and immediately start flinging around legal threats look to me like they cannot present facts for their version of the story.
In addition, it costs a large amount of money to bring a defamation suit, and I estimate 99% of people who threaten that are just blowing hot air.
 
Hey, after 4 years you respond, how about paying me for the 2 racks you received ?

This guy purchased 3 racks from us and after we shipped he closed his paypal account and paypal never got the funds out of his bank so they took the money back from me.
We were able to stop one of the racks from getting to him but he did receive 2 racks that I was not paid for.
Take me to court, I would love to get paid for what you received and collect the interest on the $

The bolded statements are conflicting. You stated Paypal returned your funds & that he owed Paypal, now you state that you never received money for those 2 racks. Which is it?

My bad for not reading what had happened, I could not remeber as it was so long ago, I asked my wife and posted what she thought she remebered and we were wrong, the original statement was true,
He ordered the 3 racks and after we shipped the 3rd one paypal took the money from us, we were able to only stop one rack before he got it and paypal finally paid me back for the 2 racks because we were able to prove he received them but we had to fight a little with them to get them to pay us.
We ate the shipping fee on the 3rd rack.
I do not know if he ever did pay palypal back but I doubt it.

Thank you for clarifying. 4 years is a long time to try to remember exact details. :D
