    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. there are a few things I am made about.

1) I trusted his word and sold snakes BEFORE I SEEN THEM EAT. Now That is my fault. no one but mine.

2) My customer having to deal with this again my fault.

3) Rick not Rich I kept saying Rich in my post lol. Not wanting to talk to me about it. If he would have said Gary call me or lets talk. I would have been cool.

4) Emails threatening me and my brother and my brother having to send them to me.

I could care less about the websites he wants to make lol. You know. But come one the last email is BS. I was going to drop this untill I seen the emails. Man A friend of mine said this is why he does not do this end of the hobby.Selling............ I am begining to agree.
 
I can not comment on the feeding behaviour of GTPs~ however~ I can comment on Gary's integrity as far as receiving animals he knew in advance may be an issue.

Several months ago I sent Gary a subadult female BP and a baby male BP. Both were problem feeders. I made that clear to him before the sale was made. He knew it. I have not heard one word of complaint about the feeding habits of these animals since I sent them to him several months ago. In my limited experience if you let Gary know about a potential problem in feeding in advance~ he does not appear to me to be one to complain without an actual issue.

Ok Rick of TB Exotics Sold me GTP that he promised were eating. John asked many many times eating unscented pinkies right. He said YEP.

Well we get these snakes and Gary sells one the day I get them on the word they ate. Well they did not eat.

Bring this up to them and guess what they ban me from their chat.

I would never even dream of doing this to a customer. I would never even dream of thinking of doing this to a customer. John help build their chat again. He sends us crap for snakes and then bans us for bringing it up.

Here is the deal he wanted to do. Us send back 2 GTPs and he sends us ONE extra Brazilian Rainbow Boa if we buy FIVE!

What kind of customer service is that crap.

Jeff warned me. I thought hey give Rick a chance. He has screwed over the wrong guy! I promise you all that

I wanted to work it out. I want to the chat that John help promote and he was there Rick the admin. He said he was upset we have a chat here. and john advertised there. But Rick had no issues with John telling people about his chat on RC.

But I put up the chat for many reasons. For the hosting. For the mods here and for Alan. Why not have TRR chat here then to right?

But I guess not.

I bring up the chat is not the issue it is him not wanting to fix his deal. He banned me

People wonder why I will go miles for the customers. It is becuase I SHOULD! I MUST! And the customer deserves 100% customer service. If I lose money for taking care of them oh well aslong as they leave with a smile

I am going to pick up the snake from the customer I sold it to. He said he really wants this one. i will do everythign I can to jumpstart this little guy. The other one I have Is looking ok.

I also sold one at Taylor. But I have not heard from the perosn at all so I think it is fine.

To let you know Turkeybird is doing great! SHe is one of my favorite snakes and she is eating every week now. The male is spotty but has eaten the last few weeks. He was refusing every other week but nothing bad at all. Turkey bird is a dream though. She my be a normal but she is AWESOME. Will never leave my collection
 
I'm glad she is feeding for you! But don't be surprised if she turns back into a TurkeyBird for you! Thats how she got the name....I had to stuff he like a turkey a time or two! (You have her feeding card so you can see) LOL!

Seriously~ as Gary says the Female (I called her TurkeyBird) may be feeding for him now, but apparently the male is still a problem. I heard no complaints from Gary. I let him know feeding may be an issue with these two animals~ and being on notice he did not complain to me.

I don't think he would be complaining now if he had anticipated or been on notice that there may be a feeding issue.
 
Hi all, this is Ricks fiancee, and just to put things straight, John was not scammed or anything.

If anything he has been trying to scam us, he sent us the money order and we sent the the snakes as requested, we got them Wednesday, shipped out thursday as john wanted them asap for his show at the weekend, he demanded they go overnght that same day, he didnt give them time to settle before he was travelling all weekend doing shows.

He then sold one to a person from the show and was complaining just two days after that the snake would not eat, wtf, it travelled from Florida, to Ohio, then did weekend shows, what does he want miracle feeders, they are neonate gtps, they stress easily.

He told us 2 ate, then none ate, then one, then none again, he wants to make his mind up, he then got Rick on pm in our chat and said we should send him more brbs and he keep the gtps also and us take a loss, and he would get the gtps eating, we didnt make anything just did what the customer asked, he was offered a refund, but stated he would not ship the snakes back to us.

Also he wasnt banned from our chat over this order he was banned for spamming his chat room to our members over pm's, I had a few of my members inform me, when confronted he said everyone knew, yet he hid it from our admins who he was supposed to be working with, we where promoting his sites yet we didnt know about this chat, he also had us make him a room over on T.B.E so why would he have this other that everyone supposedly knew about..

Just my 2 cents, Rick is not a bad guy he did what john asked, and he isnt going to take a loss on these snakes, if john wants a refund, WE WANT OUR SNAKES BACK.
 
Well Donna. I was never offered a full refund though. You guys wanted me to send back the GTP's and you were only gonna send me a Brazilian Rainbow boa and give me free shipping. That would equal 125 dollars in value. One Green Tree cost $175. So the reason I would not send back the Green Tree's is because I would still lose money either way. If I got a full refund or the actual same value for the GTP then I wouldn't complain. The snakes were shipped on January 4th and came in January 5th. My show was the weekend after that. January 13th. So the Green Trees were not ran all over to my shows right when they came in the settled in for a week and then we went to the show. Just to clear things up. So you other guys can decide whether or not One Brazilian is worth one GTP. Either way I lose.
 
Umm John you wanted the rest of the brbs that where left...and you was offered the balance anything that was left over owing, but no... you wanted both and us take a loss.

And force feeding gtps isnt advised either, you havent said anything in here about you trying to force feed them after such a short time have you. you need to read up on gtps in future before you purchase, educate yourself a little.

Just because you was banned from chat you start all this nonsense, grow up already..

John in Gary according to the logs ans. the following first . Gary and John did you not say you were please with all 5 animals? John, did you not say that one GTP was sold immed. upon touch down in Ohio and the others were held for the show? John did you not say the two you held for the show were eating? John did I not offer to take that snake back with one free brb from the same clutch plus paying shipping plus the balance? Be careful what you say here guys before I start posting chat logs to make you look stupid. John did you not say that you would NOT send me the GTP back, but you expected the brb, shipping, and balance or 350 dollars for it when you bought it for $180, go on guys ans. all these questions here, and I will start placing your comments on the above questions. I have a few more questions, but with prev. working in legal, I will do you a favor and hold off. Just ans. these John and Gary
 
Also just rec. a report that a un-related species was sold by you all with a RI infection resulting in medical treatment by a vet. If you did have RI in your collection and went by and wholesalers guarantee within usually 5 day and reporting it nearly 3 weeks later. How far would you really get with other wholesalers? I will say, I do care about the well being of all reptiles, and was willing to sort the one GTP out even tho it was reported over two weeks later. But you all took it to extreme measures. Why, the ans. is clear, you want to screw over others. In RC the other day, by the way, I have people saving your chat logs theie to John. A new member came in chat worried about his baby corns eating each other. John did you not say in open chat at RC " Don't worry they are cheap to replace"? Please ans. this, pleaseeeeeeeeeeeeeeee. I don't know about you John but after reviewing yesterdays reports it seems you and Gary are in making the money and not the welfare of the reptiles.
 
Yeah we save chat logs, just for incidents like these.

I was quite surprised actually, I thought you would try rip us by saying you got DOA's, I was kinda shocked when you said they where sweet and the best you had ever seen.

I even have the logs where you said you was going to force feed them, poor snakes.

I didnt trust you both from day 1, but all are welcome in our chat and are made to feel welcome, I get a bit dubious when people want to muscle in on our sites, especially when we haven't had dealings with them before, it always turns sour, but Rick being a very trusting guy, welcomed you, linked your sites with ours, (well..all except your new chat which you spammed to all my members), and we made you a chatroom at your request.

you messed us around for weeks regarding you order, and I knew you would want to rip us off some how, just didnt know how.

Did you, Rick and Donna, offer John and Gary a credit on the GTP? Did you offer them 175.00 worth of BRBs, at no additional charge, except shipping AND that they could purchase any additional BRBs at 85.00 ea?

I would also like to say that Gary is a standup guy and if he said something, that's the way he thought it was. He has though, been mistaken on what people have said in the past. John is young and thinks he knows farrrrrr more than he does, or so he has seemed to me, which I have told to him.

Is this a misunderstanding about how a credit was to be handled?

At a request, I was asked to save all documents and noterized statements from both breeders. Breeders have agreed and a noterization proceedure is set fo Tuesday morning.

So, 95 cash, a free BRB valued at appx 80 dollars and you pay shipping to send the BRB to them.

They send you the GTP that is not eating at their expense.

You offer them additional BRBs at 70 to 85 ea. should they wish to purchase more of them.

Is this correct?

Ok and correct me if I am wrong.
Of what I am reading the misunderstanding is you are saying ONE GTP and John and Gary are saying TWO GTP. That seems to me where the mess up is with the amount of money.
Miscommunication?
Rick or Donna, perhaps one of you can clear this up by posting what "proof" you have and in chronological order everything that transpired?
I also know Gary to be a stand up guy, sometimes (IMO) too nice for his own good. So before I can make any conclusions I would really like to see what you have.
 
Everything is correct EXCEPT, I offer to pay shipping on the GTP back to me as well, not placed finacially on them. They still refused. Please note JOHN himself worked the deal with me not GARY. Gary authorized the deal and finacially payed for it. Barly no chats were with Gary until after the snake arrived and accord. to the chat logs in place to post, Gary approved all snake quality upon touch down in Ohio.

Not really sure what notarization costs in your area, but the difference between what’s been asked from you in snakes/money, and the hassle plus costs of doing it doesn’t seem to be hardly worth it. We have heard your version of the “facts” at this point it would be nice to hear from John and/or Gary. It would also be helpful if you could post the e-mail exchange between you all; it would be nice to have all the pertinent facts...I'm not sure I follow what you say about "notarized statements by both breeders".
