Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

Okay, I'm done reading about everyone/anyone who has done business with Bearded Pets (with OR without knowing about their history) whining...I have went FAR beyond the call of duty bashing them, defending you...not one single IFCC complaint has been logged with KS and if there has been any they've been withdrawn. So to everyone who's bought of of them, too bad.

I've asked repeatedly for anyone involved to file complaints, etc...NONE have returned to say they have with the exception of WJ but I haven't heard from him so who knows. The new guy that just got burnt, sorry buddy, hate 6to hear it but let me tell you this, FILE A FREAKING COMPLAINT NOW KS AND IFCC. Sorry to be harsh but let's just say I got REAMED for recent verbal assaults against Bearded Pets, with ZERO to fall back on, notta, zilch. So put up or shut up folks, I'm tired of listening, I'm actually thinking about having myself, my 18 year old daughter, and my fiance' all purchase something from them...that way I know 3 complaints are filed and followed through with.

I'm out.
 
If all the people who have been on all the threads about them have NOT filed then you should just let them suffer on thier own.

I've never purchased from them but those of you who have and have been ROBBED need to get up off your lazy butts and file the complaints.

WHAT IS WRONG WITH YOU PEOPLE???

If you NEED to give money away write to me, I have two teenagers. We can help you with FAR LESS aggrivation.
 
How do you know they didn't file complaints and report to KS? Wouldn't be the first time KS has allowed crooks to continue selling on their site in order to keep their revenue from classified account/sponsors.
 
It's been brought to my attention that either:

1.) No complaints have ever been reported through the IFCC and/or Kingsnake.

or

2.) Any complaints filed have been withdrawn from the plaintiff.

That simple.

So in short, I am apologizing to Bearded Pets, and from here on out I will refrain from posting any other comments without concrete evidence/proof.

As fas as their customers who have done nothing...you haven't replied to any of my request for more info, claim numbers, etc, so don't bother replying now, unless it's to argue the fact that I'm wrong.
 
No IFCC complaints???

I personally filed with the IFCC and sent it to KS back in like April. If KS has told you this then they are bolds faced liars. I wrote KS about a month ago complaining about Bearded Pets and they told me that I was the only one who had filed a complaint with them. I don't know if I still have the email but if I find it I will gladly post it.

You are the only person to send us an IFCC report, even though I've
asked
people numerous times to do so.

Our TOS states: Vendor Complaints - Please note that UNLESS the
complaint
involves non-delivery of goods or theft, all vendors have a three
complaint
rule. Get three complaints and you have to resolve them ALL before we
can
allow you to post again.

Unless it is non-delivery of goods we give them 3 chances. However, we
MUST
receive the IFCC report from each complaint. Get people to report to
the
IFCC, then forward the report to us, then we can do something.

This is what I'm talkin' about...

Now that I've managed to fire everyone up :) Scott, I thought for sure there were more than a few of you who said they filed complaints, now you've proved your part is done...great!! There's one. Now the new guy is going to do it, there's 2, all we need is WJ to tell us he already has or will be soon, there's 3!!!! That's all I want. Three complaints to IFCC from people who've done business with them and were scammed.

Sorry to stir everybody up, but I posted on the other Bearded Pets threads a week or so ago about everyone who has filed to let me know, no one replied.

Let's get this done!!!
 
my two cents

I haven't personally purchased anything from them, but when I see their ads on KS trying to sell female balls that "might" be gravid, cause they bred once, it doesn't sit right. I left a small post on the Ball fourm over on KS, and it was yanked, like I was talking about someone's grandmother!!
I must have violated one of their many many TOS's.
I just don't see how an outfit like that can keep posting ads every single day, and knowing their ads are highly misleading.
My two cents....
 
Little Jeff over at Kingsnake does not care at all, all he cares about is getting his money every month from these people so they can post on his site and scam people! Even if you or anyone get proof that 3 people complained I bet ya that KS still will not yank them. I wish everyone that purchased from them before all this was found out and even those who still purchased from them after all the best of luck. KS is just a lost cause when it comes to these sorts of complaints, just my opinion but I have personally had many complaint legal problems with Jeff and his site and I know from my end he simply only cares about his money. You said that all kingsnake cares about is the money, but if they boot someone off the site due to complaints does that person get a refund?

Of course I filed a complaint with the IFCC, plus a few other sites as well. I NEVER heard from the IFCC, even after repeated attempts to get a response. I guess it is possible I deleted their reply along with all the spam I get, but unlikely. I filed a complaint with Kingsnake and they said I needed to forward the IFCC stuff to them, which I never got.

The IFCC did get somewhat involved because they contacted the local authorities, so go figure - but I never got an email/snail mail repsonse from them to forward to Kingsnake.

Don't know, good question? But all he has to do to get around one if so be a refund is waite till the end of there paid add to boot them off I guess hugh?
This whole BP is just a big mess, I hope they get taken care of either way so they can not rip anymore people off like they have so far.

Yeah im just saying , if he doesnt have to refund the money what would be the motivation for keeping someone like that around. by the way thanks to the orig. bearded pets post here on fauna I didnt send out the money order I had purchased to buy some "CB" adult redfoots. so even though noone has given this guy the boot yet, the thread is helping people.
 
Not enough and usually too late though. I wish every person who was going to buy from them and then saw this thread would just leave their name or something. Who knows how many people these threads have saved. But on the other hand who knows how many people have been ripped offf and don't even know it.
