    In short, DON'T! Email notices are to ONLY alert you of a reply to your private message or your ad on this site. Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

Ball python shedding

You shouldn't worry, but you should improve the environmental conditions so the snake can shed normally.
Try raising the humidity during the shed cycle.

I agree with Clay here, when I got my female bp, she wasn't shedding properly, and it was amazing what added humidity did for her. Before I got the cage humidifier for her, I started out with just misting her cage several times a day with a regular spray bottle on a mist type setting, and it would raise the humidity in her cage quite a bit. I also covered most of the screen top with clear contact paper, which helped hold the humidity in. I noticed also, during her shed cycle, when I would mist her directly, the water would soak right into her skin. After that, she began to shed properly. It took a couple of shed cycles to get her used to that, but it started to work. Good luck with the shedding...
