In short, DON'T! Email notices are to ONLY alert you of a reply to your private message or your ad on this site. Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

Yeah, I know. They are a pain in the butt. But they pay the bills to keep my server running. Just a fact of life, I am afraid.

Want to get rid of them? Simple. Just become a Contributor level member or above and they will be gone. -> Please click HERE."

Is that too much for me to ask of you to keep this site running? Well, sorry about that. I too wish I could get everything for free. But alas.....

    =====================

Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

Inquiry BallBids.com?

see some of them of Ballbids Youtube channel and I think most people say what they paid.

I am sorry, but I can't find them. I've just watched the top three videos and there was no mention of price.

If it's not secret, can you tell us what your bid packs go for? Not bids won in an auction, but the actual bid packs.

Just as a point of reference, here are the prices for Beezid bid packs:

30 Bids = $27
50 Bids = $40
100 Bids = $70
200 Bids = $120
500 Bids = $300
1000 Bids = $550 (still $0.55/bid)

Thanks!

Today on promo 40 bids for 27 dollars- 70 for $40 - 130 for 65 - 250 for 120

Nosy? Me? Well, if that is how you refer to people trying to figure out your business model and verify facts that you have been claiming, I guess you've got me there. Besides, I didn't think BallBids was YOUR company anyway, so why would you get so defensive over my questions? Now that this comes to mind, what exactly IS your stake and involvement in BallBids then?

Have you had a chance to research my question of which websites your supporting community is posting on yet? I really would like to know, if you don't mind.

Oh, and your definition of "adult conversation" would be appreciated as well. We don't seem to agree on what that actually is, and I'm willing to try to adapt to your definition. You just need to let me know what that definition actually is.

Oh darn, another question popped into my mind reading over your quote.

About keeping the actual breeders supplying the animals to BallBids confidential, isn't one measure of the quality of an animal measured by it's actual source? I would think that would be a twofold advantage by highlighting that sort of information in association with the auction. One in that the breeders gets some positive exposure from advertising that way on your site, and two, it is an additional selling point to whip up more interest for the animal being auctioned if the source is a breeder who people would naturally prefer to get their animals from anyway. So seriously, what's the upside of keeping the breeder source a secret?

You ask pretty internal questions that are no business of yours so I consider that pretty nosy but I did answer your questions. If you want to know what site promotes the company Ballbids it would be Ballbids and Ballbids Facebook page and Youtube channel. As for my stake in the company, I have told you that I am not the owner. Other than that it is none of your business nor does it matter.

In response to the Breeder question, initially Ballbids had a quick link on the auction icon that identified the breeders with a direct link into his/her web store. This was a feature that would provide for immediate overflow sales and would be great for all the breeders financially. Unfortunately, this has been temporarily discontinued because of the threats and made to injure those companies financially simply because they did business with Ballbids. Zack won't have that so he has removed the links for now. They will be back in time and everyone can make more sales like was planned in his business planning phase. It really is too bad for the many breeders out there. They all need to sell their product and most would like to see the market expand.

I ask you to supply the proof that they were threathen to injure companies? You can't cause there isn't any. Another false accusation without merit.

And... Ballbids business plan was to ensure all quality breeders benefit..that all had the opportunity to sell Morphs to Ballbids and to get the extensive exposure Ballbids can offer to help promote their web inventory on rotating basis.

All is asked of people on this thread is they do not lie to disparage Ballbids. You just did without merit.

What's good for the goose,....

Too bad that this part of the business plan has gone slower that Zack wanted.. I think we all here know why that is.... But the fact remains, Ballbids is here and it is growing. I for one hope it does well but of course I do have a biased opinion on that. However from a business standpoint, it could not be anymore genus. Everybody wins..The market expands due to the type of market Ballbids can do. The breeders sell their snakes for fair value. The business model will not hurt the market values like those other auctions everyone complains about. The concept is so different it could never hurt actual values. Sounds like a good plan to me....

What's good for the goose,....

You can see it all through the Say No page comments and some sshots at http://mkidesigns.info/sayno.php I don't have time to dig through my files on all the stuff that I have but this is not new information at all. Even check the forums. I have what I need and I know what is an is not. I would be very surprised if the members in this thread actually did not know this.

Nobody ever mentions the 10's of losers for every winner.....

Oh, and I can't resist, that does sound like a genus plan.

That's not true at all. This is a competition. Just read Ballbids facebook comments. The players are congratulating one another saying things like I got side tracked and looked away and it was over and so forth.. People know what they are doing.. It isn;t any secret

Well, with the 45,000+ page views this thread has received, that albino will likely fetch a pretty penny tonight.

I think you (Ballbids) are fighting the principle of being a penny auction, the application of that model to live animals, AND people's suspicions of the specific people involved in Ballbids.

As I said before, I have no issue with penny auctions, per se (many here seem to). For me, and I just got involved in this thread a coule days ago (back on page 75 or so), it's just the questions that seem to be unanswered that cause the red flag.

I'll be watching that albino, though....my guess is that it'll go for over $20.00 (aka $1000).

I am very interested to know why Avi is no longer associated with zack and ballbids. I have a feeling he could add valuable insight to this current round of he said/he said.

mark byers, I really do wish you would stop posting. You have yet to say anything that wasn't double talk and avoidance of questions.

Also, mark byers I think you are lower than pond scum for suing a VICTIM! that is one of the most appalling things I have read in a while that made bile rise in my throat. You were there to serve and protect; not serve, protect & sue. Disgusting. If anything I will continue to comment about that, as it reflects upon your character, therefore reflects upon the character of ballbids.

You misunderstood my question. I asked which websites your "community" posts on to promote and be advocates of BallBids on that are NOT under the control of anyone associated with BallBids in any way. That means no editing and deletion capabilities by BallBids staff or other close relationships.

As for the YouTube channel you mention, am I looking at the correct one?

http://www.youtube.com/channel/UChDt1WgUEWB8cxrmdb0kfbA/feed?filter=2

I only see one video there, and the only comment made seems rather negative to me. Not exactly someone promoting the use of BallBids, in my opinion. And if that is, in fact, your channel that you refer to above, you have exactly 3 subscribers to it right now with 128 views in 3 months. So surely I am looking at the wrong channel, aren't I? Or are you claiming that three subscribers is this "community" you have referred to?

As for these answers to questions being requested not being any of my business, since you are not the owner of BallBids, by your own statements, then apparently it is none of YOUR business neither, but you still choose to be involved, making statements that most people are interpreting from being from someone with a major stake in BallBids. I really don't see how, under the circumstances, that YOU can claim that my interest in this matter is any less my business than it is yours. Especially since you are posting HERE on MY site.

And yes, the truthful answers to my questions DO matter. Otherwise I wouldn't bother to ask them.

So are you going to buckle down and have that adult conversation you have stated SEVERAL times that you wish for?

Here is another article on mark byers suing the victim.

Officer Sues Woman He Saved

Cop Seeks Damages For Injury To Hand

March 28, 1996 | By SCOTT GLOVER Staff Writer

Last year, Sunrise Police Sgt. Mark Byers was given a national award by President Clinton for smashing through a sliding glass door and saving the life of a woman being threatened at gunpoint by her estranged husband.

Last month, Byers filed a lawsuit against the woman he saved, seeking damages he suffered after cutting his hand while breaking through the door.

"I was floored when I got the papers," Jane Liberatore, the victim, said Wednesday. "I just want people to know that if they get help from the police they can expect to be asked to pay for it later."

Charles Morehead, Byer's attorney, said Liberatore is being sued, in part, because she "set up the incendiary situation" in April 1994, in which her boyfriend, Harry Schwartz, was shot to death and Byers severely cut his hand while trying to save her.

The lawyer said Liberatore knew her husband, Anthony Liberatore, was on his way to her Sunrise home with a loaded shotgun. However, she failed to call police until he arrived outside the house.

"When you cheat on your husband and create the potential for murder or aggravated assault and a police officer is injured as a result, you make your own bed and you have to sleep in it," Morehead said.

Byers, 35, has undergone multiple reconstructive surgeries but can no longer use his pinkie finger, making it impossible for him to fire a gun. The 15-year veteran has been reassigned from patrol to a desk job. The lawyer said Byers is suing Jane and Anthony Liberatore for pain and suffering as a result of the injuries.

Anthony Liberatore was sentenced to 23 years in state prison for shooting Schwartz to death. Liberatore was at home with Schwartz when she saw her estranged husband, Anthony, outside. She called 911, a call that Byers answered. When Byers arrived, Schwartz was already dead on the living room floor, shot in the chest. And Anthony Liberatore and his wife were fighting for a shotgun. Jane Liberatore declined to respond to Morehead's allegations that she was cheating on her husband. She denied that she knew her husband was coming to her house with a loaded gun, and doesn't understand why she's being sued.

"I just feel like I'm being victimized once again," she said.

You have the right to think what you want but the fact still remains that it was because of my action and the actions of two others that the families of all Law Enforcement Officers killed or severely injured in the line of duty while investigating or responding to a felony crime in the State of Florida will now have medical insurance. Don;t care what you think. There are a lot of police and their families very happy about that legislative change. And I am happy that I could have helped with that public outcry that prompted the law.

There are better ways to go about instituting change, than suing a victim of a domestic crime. Your lack of morals disgusts me. If you didn't give a rats behind what I though or say, then you wouldn't respond & quote my words.

It is apparent where zack byers got his moral compass.

I suppose the saying "the fruit doesn't fall far from the tree" is quite apt in your case mark byers.

I have great respect for law enforcement, unfortunately there are a few bad apples in every barrel. You mark byers are a rotten apple.

Byers family is only after money. Plain and simple. Make a quick buck at the reptile community expense. They never see the snake so how can they do it for the animal.
