To me, the entire link is suspect. It is prepared, in my opinion, by those who have every incentive to create a prepared document to bolster the plummeting rep of Ballbids. In addition, there are quotes, opinions, and copied posts from places that do not have the same requirements of the BOI as far as identity. 'Suspect' was an excellent word, Kimberly.

I means that I am in a venue that is like minded with your acid views just as your Say No Page. I didn't come here to change any view of Ballbids.com. Just to attempt reasonable discussion and provide for the factual information as is indicated in the above link. Marty Kerstetter has put his name all over that link so I don't think it is against BIO rules. I am just really tired of the lies you and some others continue to post on the internet. I do not lie about anything and I try to keep myself out of bad situations. You don't, and you have lied and gotten in deep with your buddy Shaun. And I just noticed, is Kirsten you mention above the same as I just commented about from iHerp? The one with at least 5 different screen names that runs rampant throughout the internet posting lies and changing her name. Nice friend you have there.

Now as a personal aside, I have read that page, and I believe that not everyone taking part in this conversation actually understands the applicable definitions of "fact", "evidence", "opinion", "proof", and "conjecture". Before claiming that something is a "fact" or "proof" instead of actually being "opinion" or "conjecture", it might be a real good idea to REALLY understand what those terms mean.

That is most of your problem right there...I don't know Lucille...and the only place I know the other people you mention is from BallBids...including Shaun...and THAT was the direct result of your son's treatment of others and his very questionable business model/ethics. You seem quite adamant that others post proof of their accusations, which many have done many times, yet you, who have not once, not twice, but at least three times, said you had evidence to back your story that you would post if you could.

Ballbids has never been respectful. I asked about license in a polite way. What happen, banned. So were a lot of other people. I started Say No cause of that. I didn't start it to hurt Zack, or anybody associated. I did not start it to hurt a business. But if something that can hurt my and people hobby I will stand up. Nothing on that webpage is true. It is crafted to show your side and not the whole story. But I think it funny how he saying people don't like Ballbids is cause people are listening to us. People are not stupid, Mark. People see what going on, on their own. So Mark is trying to say is that the reptile people just follow people. They don't come to their own conclusion.

Mark, maybe you don't realize it, but all you are doing is digging the companies hole, that you have no financial interest in, deeper and deeper. I am already on record, some 20+ pages back I think, with an infraction to show for it, stating that I think ballbids.com is a very bad thing for the reptile community as a whole, especially since it is already under duress. But really, very little I've seen posted by ANYONE coming to the defense of this company seems professional at all, or resembles anything that most people would want to do business with. And you are adding to that perception greatly every time you post.

I don't know what the exact facts are, as there is allot of "he said/she said" going around this issue, even with the rules in place on this forum. And I don't care. But what I do know, is that it seems your son's company has a very difficult time conducting itself professionally, I would never risk money dealing with them, and would advise anyone who would listen to do the same, including the number of people I chat with at reptile shows all over florida.

If you do a search for "ballbids", on yahoo, at least 4 of the top 10 are primarily negative, and on google, 6 of the top 10. And most of the positive links are controlled by ballbids themselves. Self promotion will only go so far.

There are obviously people here, and elsewhere online, who are strongly against ballbids. I do qualify in that group BTW. But all companies have their detractors, the trick its to overcome them professionally, which ballbids seems to have a hard time with. Word of mouth will destroy you. And right now the mouth spewing the words damaging that company is you. If this thread keeps up, we can probably get it to number 1 on google.

If you want the company to do well, maybe you could advise those in control to learn how to care for and represent the animals. And of the issues the reptile community are up against, and how to best be a representative for that community. It may not hurt for someone there to learn how to ship a snake, both safely for the animal, as well as following both legal and fedex regulations. And, it might be helpful if it at least appeared that someone there actually cared for the animals, and weren't treating them as nonliving commodities. Quite a few people, on most of the forums, actually care about the animals themselves. I gather this may not be the target demographic of ballbids, buy they are a large part of the community at large.

That is just an attempt at some constructive criticisms. I have to admit, I highly doubt it will matter.

Why havent they produced a Licenses upon request by Law. Customer asks to see their Licenses they must comply with the demand and not just ignore them, and ban them!

Ballbids and I sincerely respect what you have posted, it does matter to us and we do appreciate and respect your opinion. You may very well be right about me being here not really helping but I want you to to know that certain people keep posting lies and false information about Ballbids. These lies have to be addressed at some point. Shaun33 writes that he does not want to hurt ballbids yet on the 12th of this month he is caught red handed asking for help in "taking down" Ballbids. Previously, every question answered to this guy and his few Say No friends were met with just more questions, lies, and innuendo about Ballbids on the internet. Ballbids is required to defend itself, both in public and in the legal system which unfortunately is a process that was required to begin. We will not allow for these liars to continue their attempts to interfere with our business without recourse. I had really thought that I could come here and have quality discussions relating to the factual current situation with some of the reasonable minded people in membership here. The truth is what most people want to hear. There are the few that do not and as such they take their position at any and all cost.

Ballbids is not a Breeder. Ballbids is in compliance with all laws that apply. So what if you don't like the Rich K. Get over it and move on with your life.
