    In short, DON'T! Email notices are to ONLY alert you of a reply to your private message or your ad on this site. Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

Good for your Sumner, and the winners of auctions on Ballbids can say they have healthy and high quality snakes, except they got their for pennies on the dollar.
 
The breeders sold snakes, winners enjoy their wins, everyones happy. Thats why no one cares about your FB page, your lies there and here and your attitude toward Ballbids. You dont mean anything to them so they wont waste their time with you.

It has gotten out of hand. It started with a poster here referencing me with some criminal that may live near me in the tri county area. I am not going to sit back an allow some liar to slander my name and associate me with any criminal elements.
 
Again, I didn't say that you was Toni. I posted 3 things that were suspicious between Toni and Marty. Not Toni and Mark. Only thing I said that Toni is from your area. I never associated you with nobody. Guilty conscience?
 
They really didn't save too much since they have to buy bids. Playing it out that they only pay what the snake sold for but not say that they pay to lose too. So they really didn't get it for penny on the dollar.
 
I didn't slander a thing, Mark. I was simply telling Shaun that anything can come up when you google someone's name, since your programmer is doing just that to him. I didn't share links, or any of that. Just laughing at what comes up when your name is googled. *shrug*. Blow it out of proportion if you must, because that's all you boys have right now. I'm sure it's doing wonders for your potential customers watching this thread.

That's why I have never gotten the whole penny auctions 'thing'. I guess it's largely for people who really think they will come out ahead, cent for cent/dollar for dollar. Then again, I'm not into gambling so maybe I just don't get the appeal of this sort of thing. If I'm out money, I want to have a tangible good in my hand for it.
 
Can I ask someone who can see it to copy it and send to me. If they want to start defacing my name then the fun starts. And they think they have a case against me.

Good for you! There is nothing wrong that thought process at all. There is also nothing wrong with the multi billion dollar industry of the penny auction business model. It is not for everyone but it is for a lot of people!

A simple google shows that several entities think there IS something wrong with it, including the Better Business Bureau, the AG's of several states, and USA Today. Sorry, man.

You need to read the entire BBB link.They do not think there is something wrong with the business model. And yes you are correct that some states have an issue with the model but most states govern the business model under their DPR regulations. QueBids is a multi million dollar company advertising all major and cable networks as an example.

I'm still waiting on the proof that we talked on the phone that you promised and never delivered. And I was banned for stating my opinion. I have always tried to represent myself in a mature manner, unlike 3 people I could mention. This thread alone is all the proof I need of that statement.
