Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

It's Quibids, and it's part of a class-action lawsuit due to it basically being online gambling. You can justify your business model all you like, but that will not make it better. Your business model is as unpleasant and exploitative as your postings here.
 
Marty, of course you have a right to defend yourself.

Shaun posted that there might or he believes there is a connection between you and someone who posted something somewhere or a bidder.

I haven't followed this thread that closely to know for sure who the other poster (a marine) on some other site did. I have however followed this since the posts started again in this thread this morning.

The first response to Shaun was for you to remind him of a cease and desist
letter.

You then followed up by linking him to every person you could find with the same name and a criminal record.

If you can't see what is wrong with how you chose to defend yourself, I'm not going to bother.

There has been a lot of leeway but it's coming to end. If you have something to say about your accuser or evidence bring it forward. It's fair game. Otherwise, you should knock it off.

You should really consider one important point. I don't know your role at ballbids. Like I stated, I haven't followed this thread that closely. I just know you stated today that you have the admin function capability of deleting users.


For arguments sake, Let's just say your right. Then let's just concede that many haven't gotten the wrong impression and your an honestly ran company. Everything is legit and proper. Animals are treated well and etc. etc.. No problems and those with concerns are wrong.

With all of that, Now take a look at your retaliatory posts against the "attacks" on your character. Particularly linking this man's name to burglary and other crimes and then posting such on other sites.
Implications are there regardless of careful wording.

You can say you can defend yourself anyway you see fit, but your doing these actions as a representative of a company.

I ask you, if I was a happy customer of ballbids and I viewed an administrator with functions on the site I was sending money to doing such things, posting in such a manner, I personally would question putting my funds in the hands of such a company. Wouldn't you?
 
Has anyone here seen Mark or Marty provide any proof for ANY of the claims made against them? Have either of them answered ANY of the VALID questions asked of them? All I can find are evasions and planned misdirections. The only reason either is here is to make sure that the facts are buried so deep that ballbids customers won't take the time to actually find them.
 
I took a nap and this thread grew by 8 pages. It was a good nap.

I can't see how the stubborn back-and-forth here will ever stop or do anything but hurt Ballbids. Radarman...can't you just let it go? It seems like the longer this feud goes, the more people get involved (me, for instance). The way you three (5) have carried yourself here reminds me, as Shadera said 10 pages or so ago, of elementary school children.

Your opinion of the model is your opinion and of course I respect that. But for me posting here I am a member and my name has been brought up in bad light and I have a right to address that issue and set the record straight. If you find me so unpleasant by posting here please tell your members not to make up lies or insinuations disparaging my name and I won't have to be here. I am still waiting for the retraction from a member that attempted to associate me with some alleged criminal that apparently lives in my tri county area.

Mark - how can you be waiting for a retraction when your business partner JUST did the very same thing, here, a few pages ago, for all to see? It's not the business model....it's you guys.

Dennis, Sumner posted that kink with the intention of insinuation that i am either a criminal or associated with one. Where is your admonisment of him or of kim robillad for their postings. If youre gonna be fair, be fair. I have posted in the same fashion as sumner. I am posting on my own account, not ballbis. If my name is continually used to mislead readers into thinking i am a criminal, i will respond in kind.

Marty has his own things going and I have mine. Apparently the poster of that link cant keep his lies straight and besides is insinuating that I have connections to this alleged criminal he is saying the same about him. I am dealing with what was said about me.

I agree with Dennis. Even if they were legit and a good company, if I was a customer seeing thier actions, I would not do business with them. Like I said before, bad public relations is what kills business.

Funny!...but is quite apparent you just do not know the actual legal situation but don't feel bad on that, neither do some directly involved. But I do...so don't worry about that. I do appreciate the concern.
