In short, DON'T! Email notices are to ONLY alert you of a reply to your private message or your ad on this site. Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

thats pretty much how i understood it..which in my opinion is stupid and wrong. but thats just me...from what i am getting from other sources the auctions are rigged or something. if the bid is low, the auction freezes or resets or something so no one wins. if it happened once or twice id over look it but it seems to be every time. the main reason i dont participate.

If ANY of you actually have an attorney on retainer who is aware of what you are posting here and has NOT dropped you as a client, then I highly recommend that YOU drop him or her as your attorney. Because it is obvious that he or she is dangerously incompetent. The very first thing an attorney is going to tell you when retained is to SHUT THE HELL UP about the case and let him or her deal with making statements and replying to statements made from the other party from then on. If he or she did not tell you that, and allows you all to still spout off with stuff that is going to jeopardize his or her legal representation of you, then I'm afraid you apparently retained one that was taking the short bus to law school.
Now if you WERE told to ZIP IT by your attorney, and you still come onto public sites posting the kindergarten level crap you are posting here, well any REAL attorney would drop you like a red hot potato and tell you to find other representation. No REAL attorney is going to jeopardize their reputation dealing with the likes of what can be seen here in this thread. Not unless all that attorney really cares about is the fish on the line and the hours they are going to charge you, knowing darn right well this will NEVER, EVER see the inside of a courtroom.
So how about I do you guys and your "attorney" a favor? Actually you are a criminal. You have several posts on here trying to hold something over his head with the intentions of getting him to do something for you. Just because a judge hasn't said ( at least in this case) " yep Marty you're a dirt bag and are going to the pen for ___ years" doesn't change what you Are.
Shaun did send the cease and desist letter I had requested earlier to me last night via email, which also contained the name and website of the Ballbid's attorney. I sent the attorney (Timothy P. Powderly, [email protected]) a link to this thread, because I believe he would neither condone nor permit the kind of behavior I have seen here, from a client.

WHat is all this $95 pages on crap? If someone wants to pay to bid, and take part in penny auctions for snakes, who cares?
If someone can prove that they are rigging the bids, then thats a legal matter and it should be pursued by legal means.
