Sorry, I know this isn't a comprehensive list of all the disparaging remarks you have thrown at people disagreeing with you and/or asking for FACTS relating to the statements you are making here. For the record, I am not friends with most of the people posting on this thread. So, please leave that lame comeback out of your response to me. Also, if you are going to call me a lair, please show your proof in the response instead of making illegitimate claims against me otherwise you would be just as "slanderous" as you claim these people to be.

I'm thinking that Mr. Byers is on the verge of a nervous breakdown and is suffering from pseudologia fantastica which is basically a form of pathological lying. If you read his comments in this thread you can visualize an angry, crazy person pounding on his keyboard calling everyone and anyone a "LIAR!!!". He knows that the end is near for the scam his son is running and is going to try to defend it until the bitter end (which will hopefully be sooner than later for his mental health.) The way he goes around on every site he can find and posts the same stupid link to a load of garbage is classic schizophrenia. I truly feel sorry for him that his son has put him through this over something that won't last much longer. It's truly sad.

If you were banned and your comment removed from ballbids business page as you have posted above than you you should not have to ask why. But I will entertain your question by saying the it is a business page and "Ballbids has no intentions of abandoning anyone or anything". So your sarcastic style negative remark from a non customer should not stand on anyone's business page and Ballbids has made that perfectly clear. It is however unfortunate that Ballbids customers have to deal with the issue of people attacking the server. Now I did not call you a liar..you should not insinuate this. I called Kimberly Dupre Robillard a liar which she is. And she said that I used fake ID or had someone else use fake ID. Which is a total Lie. Therefore she is a liar.
As for her continuous statement that I have avoided a question. Again a total lie. Read back..the info is there. She knows that she already had one of supporters on say no publicly confess to his crime about hacking ballbids server. She knows that her say no page is a melting pot of lies and hate and open discussions of how to hack ballbids servers. This thread even is an open forum to conspire to contact Ballbids.com customers in an attempt to interfere with Ballbids business. Read back a few pages. It is there. Go to Say Yes to Ballbids on facebook and the information is posted. There is a link on that page that takes you to even more detailed page of true facts of their intent to interfere with ballbids business. It is written in their own words with internet links to where they wrote it. It is a documantary. It is not one sided at all. This forum is a hostile environment for anyone supporting Ballbids. I know this. It would be nice if the lies and threats and conspiring were not going on here so I would not have to come and refute the BS spewed from this location. I do have to admit that it is not bad for ballbids.com business though. It seem like every time this BS gets started here and in other areas interest is expanded and Ballbids.com registrations increase.
And to Lucille; How's that FREC complaint working out for you? You know they are not Breeders that run the DPBR in florida don't you? Those initials don't stand for Dragons Python's Ball's or Reptiles. Good luck with that threat though. Remember to sign.

Interesting too, the timing of these attacks. Somehow, someone is consistently hacking them in the last few seconds, a very tiny window, of these auctions. No one ever just hacks the site, just those last few seconds...

I am surprised that your son has not asked you to stop posting on behalf of Ballbids yet. You are in no way improving their image, and are actively engaged in harming it. I have not yet seen ANY actual proof of the things you claim. Not one smidgen. I have seen what you claim to be proof, and it is specious at best, and largely manufactured from wishful thinking and outright falsehoods.

This whole situation is both sad and frustrating. Reading the absolute nonsense these "business men" and "professionals" spew about website/server attacks by these imaginary enemies that seem to have existed since the first day their site went live is beyond laughable.

First of all, something that has been repeated quite a few times now by those of us with even a small amount of computer knowledge(I'm an IT Specialist), this is not how attacks work! There is no method of "hacking" or "attacking" their site or server that would only cause this one specific problem of the timer part of the page to freeze just before the auction is won. It just doesn't work that way. If someone were to attack the site the whole thing would go down, plain and simple. You can't just freeze one small part of a website.

And beyond that, isn't it amazing that this only seems to happen when they wouldn't be able to pull off an insane profit on that particular auction. I may be mistaken but I believe there has been at least one auction that was completed and doing the math they made out like bandits(which of course is the whole business model). But when it comes to the auctions that have been "attacked" if the profit margin isn't some absolutely insane amount somehow it's blamed on a mysterious attacker and taken down to be re-auctioned.

For anyone that can't see beyond the bs at this point, I'm sorry, but you're just being flat out naive to believe these people and their so called "perfectly logical explanations". I know some have defended them saying "Well they still would have made a profit, even just from the bids they sold." Yes, that may be true, but obviously it wasn't enough of a profit to make it worth their while, so they "break" the auction, start it over and wait until they are going to pull in a far larger profit before they actually decide to go through with it.

I think this is the point you are attempting to bury rather than explain Mark. Not the other BS from the last 5 pages.

What little I know about the two owners of BallBids...

Avi created the ad banners that are deliberately misleading. It's been pointed out multiple times that starting off your business with a blatant lie is a bad idea. Instead of accepting that and admitting any error on his part or changing the ads, he continues to say it was "just marketing". That's what I KNOW about Avi. What I THINK is that this makes him sound like someone who has no scruples about doing whatever it takes to promote his business and make his money. Regardless of the ethics of the situation, he'll find a way to justify it.

I know a little bit more about Zack. Zack showed up at BP.net last year and got himself into a bit of trouble due to a very short fuse and lack of social skills. Nothing inherently wrong with that. It happens. Not everyone is cut out for online communities. A bad temper doesn't make one a bad guy, even if it is a common symptom of bad-guy-ism.

BUT...after things didn't go his way, Zack broke the rules of the site to start a new account with a new name. We gave him the benefit of the doubt and dealt with it and he continued to be allowed to participate if he wished.

NOW...he comes back to BP.net with yet another account. An account he darned well knows was against our rules for him to create. That account was banned, and he was warned to use his original account and to not create another. But he ignored that warning and posted again from yet another account. Now he is permanently banned from BP.net.

If he can't follow the VERY simple rules of my site, what makes me think he will bother following whatever rules he sets up for his own site.

I wouldn't trust either of these guys as far as I could throw them. Even if they ARE trying to run a legitimate business, the character traits they demonstrate here give NO confidence that they'll actually be able to follow through with reliable customer service. And if customers start getting crappy service, you can BET (a gamble you're sure to win this time) that you'll get nothing but hot-tempered arguments from Zack, and calm collected justifications from Avi.

You have been a boisterous opponent of Ballbids calling it a scam from the start. I know what the degree is and it is admirable. But your postings and actions on the internet do not ad up to a person that has worked so hard to be held in the proper public esteem that you should be with that background.
