I've been in a battle with "doing the right thing" and "keeping a promise" of privacy. Since some of the things stated to me not only have direct bearing on myself but reflect on the community in general, I've decided to, at the risk of breaking my word, do the right thing and post.

I am posting parts of a conversation between myself and Marty Kerstetter, which took place on facebook. I've been pretty vocal about my displeasure with BallBS from the beginning. Because of this, I've been lied about, threatened and badmouthed. I'm a pretty tough cookie so these things don't really bother me, but when they involve other people, I draw a line. They crossed it.

Awhile ago there was an email from Marilyn Kennedy from the KYBOA that was sent to me personally. Since then, BallBids has sworn up and down that it was a FAKE. They have maintained the email was a fake and produced an email of their own stating it was not from their office. I think by now, we all know the story. WELL, apparently, we didn't know everything. Like the fact that Mark, Zack and Marty continue to lie about the email I received being fake. Below is a screenshot from facebook where Marty admits to me that he believes that email is real.

Here, he admits that he posted links associating Shaun with someone who has a criminal record maliciously and with intent to cause his reputaion harm:

When I asked Marty why he posts things like that, this was his explanation as why he posts lies about people:

When asked about the DDoS attacks on the site, this is what Marty said:

yet, in the beginning of our conversation, when asked about those attacks, he said:

Since none of us are being prosecuted, I guess his statements are more than misleading, but outright lies.

As of Today, they are still posting on their page that we are responsible for these attacks. This is simply NOT true and they cannot prove otherwise.

Sumner, Im asking you, since Ive already proved you a liar tonite, wheres your proof of BB intentionally stopping auctions? Show me that and I'll show you proof of an ACTIVE member of SayNO that has hacked the server TWICE in the past month. Stop asking stupid questions

Since you don't have that proof and I doubt you have proof a Say No member has. And I know 100% you have nothing that says I had anyting to do with it. I proved you a liar by posting a ss of Walker posting on your site back in august . You said he NEVER posted on your site but for the day he admitted hacking the server. Again you always forget what you said, but I do not. I also have the ss of you say he never posted before. Want me to put that one up too?

The back-and-forth is just playing into his dim-witted plan. Some fairly damning correspondence is posted, which clearly shows that he's a liar, and POOF, he's magically here to bury it all with nonsensical gibberish.

The smartest thing to do, would be to just re-post all the relevent screenshots in one big post, and just stop replying to him. If none of us give him any valid excuse to spam the thread with his idiotic rantings, that'd leave him with two options: Leave, and slime his way back into whichever hole he crawled out of. Or just continue replying to himself, so all the proof of his dishonesty is that much harder to find. The former would be preferable, but the latter would be so much more revealing, in regards to his real motives here. It'd be a win-win scenario.

@ laterob. I cannot disclose which auctions were attacked at specific times. Sorry. But if you read what I said, then you should understand that the 2 DDOS attacks were on two different auctions.

I believe people who are questioning Ballbid's actions are coming to this site to hear the real deal. Ballbid's knows that, that is why they bury.
Someone just come on by here in the morning and repost the good stuff for our visitors looking for info.
