I ordered a Heprstat Thermostat from bean farm, which was promptly shipped using UPS. UPS stated that they delivered the package at 1:30 on a Thursday. My wife was home by 2, and there was no package. So, Bean Farm and I called UPS. The driver swore it was left on by my door, but the package was nowhere to be found. They did an investigation and concluded that I did receive the product. Of course UPS is full of nonsense. Bean Farm sent out a replacement and took on the burden of fighting UPS.
