• In the past two days I have gotten emails asking about being requested to provide credit card info in order to register and also to make a post in the classifieds forums. PLEASE NOTE: In no instance will this site ask you for this sort of information. The only time any request for payment is made is if you choose to opt-in for a higher membership level, and that is done SOLELY through PayPal. Anything else is coming from a source other than this site. My guess is that this is coming through Google Adsense, but when I can get someone to send me a screen shot of this sort of request, I will know more.

    In short, DON'T! Email notices are to ONLY alert you of a reply to your private message or your ad on this site. Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

I checked the phone number and it goes to the person and address that I just posted.

The address of Brenda Woods is a fake one. That was the address that was on the UPS box I got from them. I had it searched and there is no such person as Brenda Woods in that part of the country and that address does not exist either.

I have been contacted by the authorities in Gwinnett County Georgia, and the investigator confirmed the name and address of Bearded Pets.

I just did that to make sure everyone saw it, thinking that so much has been posted about them, that it would possibly be overlooked. I got screwed out of $1400, I think I am entitled to one more thread on them - whatever it takes to put them down.

People are going to read it because there are two threads on the first page. I understand you are upset and rightfully so but you, I, and no one else are "entitled" to break the rules of the BOI. If so, with as many people as they have ripped off, quite possibly the first ten pages of the BOI would be nothing but Bearded Pets threads. This is unacceptable.

It is much easier on the readers to read one thread and learn about all the bad deals from this company. Posting multiple threads puts the information out in so many different places, all in a hap-hazard fashion. There is no continuity to them and can sometimes make it more difficult to get a true understanding of all the issues.

That last thread you posted, on it's face alone, was useless in general terms. All it contained was their contact information. There was no mention of a good/bad deals or anything else. The casual reader that may not be familiar with them will see that thread all they will get from it is Bearded Pets contact information, something about them lieing, and nothing else. Some readers may take the necessary time to investigate further, but that would not be necessary if all information was contained in one thread.
 
Now he's getting impatient

Bearded Pets emailed me a bunch of times yesterday trying to get me to retract my fraud claim against them on paypal. I insisted that he needs to return my money before I consider retracting anything.

The funniest part is that he's getting impatient. I suppose paypal might not be allowing him to get money while there is an open complaint.

Life's rough at times, I guess.

I wouldn't even give him the option of returning the money. Tell them that it is to late and you will let paypal handle it. If you let them return the money and cancel your complaint, they "get away scott free" and can continue their fraud. If enough people have legitimate complaints, hopefully getting them shut down from paypal will make it harder to rip people off.

I sent the snakes back via his ups account and saw them listed again on Kingsnake. I still haven't gotten my money back, and he's no longer returning my calls.

i order a 100% het for piebald from them last week, female..i should be getting it tommarrow...of course today i show up on the boi...to read all the horrible stuff about these guys....


i have ph# and address to them here...i ship money orders overnight when i order animals, so that I may get my animal sooner..When you ship overnight they make you give address of course......and i kept it of course...

PRAY for me!!!!! Ill let ya'll know how she looks when she gets here....
 
damn it

well i went to K.S. checked out their adds 8 total--3 of wich dealt with 100% het for pied...2of the 3 adds the snake had the exact id#....

one of the adds even gave 2 diffrent weights for 1 animal!!!!!!!id# 23410.....page 2 of the ball python section is were you can find all these adds..click on on then pull up all current adds..........i am so friggen stupid.......to little to late i guess......


Bearded Pets please dont FUQ me!!$900 is alot of money for me.... I put my trust into every individual....bad or good...i will be posting on this snake tommarrow/today--hopefully...good or bad------HOPEFULLY GOOD for the both of us......

The rules for using this forum is to include your full name with your posts. I am sorry that you are afraid that you may have been crooked but please use more civil terms when posting. Not only is it against the rules it isn't very polite.
