I purchased my female Biak GTP from the National Reptile Breeders Expo this past August. She should be around the 18 month old mark at this time. I have handled her a couple of times but know that it's tricky as expected.
Unfortunately, I can not locate the breeder's information, nor can I remember the breeder's name. I understand how the chondro community values the animals birth/ownership history but we did not intend on selling her or breeding her at the time of purchase. The breeder had 6 other clutch mates with him but this was the only female produced in the clutch. They were all extremely nice Biaks with exceptional coloration. She is a fantastic eater and does not seem to be a picky what soever.
She has been kept in optimal conditions with no issues.
I purchased her for my 21 year old nephew that is fascinated with GTPs. Due to a recent and positive career change for him, he is raising funds for his new venture. I am well versed in the care of these animals and she has been in my care since obtained. I really don't care for dramatic adjectives in ads, but I have to say that this female Biak is absolutely stunning to watch in every way. Her colors are vibrant and her attentiveness is amazing.
It is extremely hard to get her true colors in photos, some were taken in natural light and others in bulb light. With the exception of cropping, the pictures have zero editing of any kind.
She is $400 plus shipping. I use SYR for all reptile shipments.
Also willing to meet up in the central Florida region for personal delivery.
The pic of me holding her was shortly after we obtained her. The other pics are recent. She is growing very fast and gets plenty to eat. Colors just seem to be getting better and better. I give her a variety of rodents and all are accepted without hesitation.
Please feel free to contact me with any questions or concerns.
Thank you for your consideration.
