    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

Debbie and Ross are good people and always reply quickly when I contact them. Being that the cage was ordered in the most busy time of year, like most other cage manufacturers, they probably were very backed up. As for shipping, with the weather how it has been, most shipping companies have had delays, which has kept many sellers from shipping the past few weeks. Also, If I was in your situation as a buyer, I would stay in contact with them. Also, the BOI requires proof, do you have any to back up your story?

I am in a very similar position with them as grimmassjenkins is. I messaged them on facebook and here as well that I will share my circumstances after 3/7. I want to give them a final opportunity to make things right.

Aw hell.... I flubbed it. Those screen captures ARE attached, but from what I could see they appeared to not be. I had to actually look at the editing screen to see the ATTACH tags on them. This thread has been reopened with my sincere apologies. Sorry....... :blush:

It does not. If one does not post proof, readers can weigh the claims and assign as much credibility to the poster as they see fit.
Fortunately there is proof here.

In my opinion, what time of year it is, and how busy the manufacturer is, is irrelevant if the seller provided a specific time frame (twice) as to when the product would be ready, and it was not ready as promised.

brett, Do you have any info on another contact method? Perhaps you could jump in and help now that he has posted proof?
