    In short, DON'T! Email notices are to ONLY alert you of a reply to your private message or your ad on this site. Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

I have had horrible service with them. This is what happened.

Last week of September/first week of October I placed a order for 9 exo terra cages. Was assured they would be at the Tinely Park show on October 13th. I get a call October 11th saying he (Steave) will not have them because the company did not send them. I said I wanted to cancel then. He said we would talk about it at the show so I said ok. Well I talked to Steave at the show, he took down my address and said they be shipped to my house. I get a call about the fallowing Tuesday after everything calmed down after the show saying they can not ship to my house they need to find a dock to drop them at and it will only take a day or two to find one. The next week I still havnt heard a word from them so I called back, once again Steave said it will only take a day or two they are still looking. Keep in mind every time I talked to him he kept the conversation to less than a minute, and that he already has my money for the tanks so hes not worried about me at all by this point. So here it is yesterday I'm calling to find out where my cages are and what is going on because I found a pet store locally that will do the cages for $30 more than them and will have them next week guaranteed. He said they are looking and he needs a few more days I said no I need to know tomorrow (today October 25th) or I'm canceling. I called back today and Steave is out of town till Monday because of some show. I say I want to cancel the order then because he told me he would tell me what is going on today and he would be in all day today. The guy I talked to took down my info and called their rep for the company they get the cages from and said if I cancel I will have to pay $200 for freight fee's. Then come to find out they where shipped 2 days ago but Steave having already had my money and cares nothing about me getting anything doesnt bother to tell me anything and leaves everything to someone else at the store to do hunting. Never telling anyone there anything about what is going on. If anyone is thinking of buying from them please think other wise. Some of them may be alright guys but DO NOT deal with Steave. Once he has your money your nothing to him.

I am also a little frustrated with them. They had a great sale on some wire cages and I ordered a couple. I received a confirmation order email and waited. After 11-12 days I decided to call to check on them. They said because of the sale they were on backorder and would be shipped out this week. I would receive a shipping confirmation email when they went out. As of today they still have not been shipped. I went back to look at the website and reread the emails and there was no notice of backorder. I really needed these cages and would have probably spent the extra money to get them somewhere else if I knew they were on backorder. I was lucky enough to borrow a few from a friend till they arrive.....

I'm unlucky as to where I have no other cages. I have animals in temporary cages right now and I have been counting on getting them for about a month now. I hope one of these times they are actually going to have to pay for their bad business.
 
OK heres a update on these guys. I have called them many times over the past few weeks wanting to know where my stuff is. They keep telling me that they are still trying to find a place to ship them.. I called and they told me they would be at a local pet store on October 31st. I have told them not to ship there because me and the owner do NOT get along at all. There has been alot of problems between me and him. . .anyway. I waited all day the 31st for them to show. . they never did. I called the 1st and asked what was going on, they said the owner declined the order as I knew he would. They asked if I forgot to tell them something I said no because I didnt I told them not to send there. So they said the cages where sitting on a company called Roadways dock waiting for me. The 2nd I called Roadway asking when I could pick them and go figure Roadway knew nothing of what was going on. They asked for a tracking number so I called Reptile Depot back and asked what was going on because the shipping company didnt even know what was going on and asked for a tracking number because they would NEVER give me one. The guy I talked to (who I THINK was the owner) said they where wrong and it was there and that with trucking companys there is no tracking number they have "bills of lading" and there is no way to get ahold of the company or driver or anything. I said BULLSH**! I drive a semi and if they ever needed to get ahold of me they do. I know about shipping things so hes trying to pull crap over my eyes. I said look man I need to know where the cages are today or I need a refund or to dispute the payment or something. When I said that he freaked out on me and said:"You know what go ahead and dispute it it'll be easier. . I didnt want to say anything but you have been the biggest pain in the ass I have ever delt with. I talked to the owner of the store that you worked at and your a F'n thief and a F'n PIECE OF SH!T! I dont deal with thiefs and I'm done dealing with you. Dont ever call her again.!" There was more to it but that was pretty much all. I plan on calling BBB on them and the pet store I worked for for spreading slanderous lies. So I called and canceled the payment.

Trust me guys dont ever do any business with them. These guys need to be put out of business for this kind of crappy dealings. All I can hope is that enough people read this and tell their friends or anyone thinking of dealing with them about it. If you are looking for animals or something ask friends, breeder, forum members, hell talk to me and I'll help you find what your looking for even. Just dont deal with them. Your money is more important than that.
