    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

I can't believe it has come down to this. Beware of Belinda McDonald! She is a person that I met on www.king.com, a game site. We were aquaintances for awhile, but I have dealt with problems having to do with her on king.com for over a month now. We are no longer friends at all, and she continues to cause problems.

She is now impersonating me on the website king.com! I don't know how many people on here know of the website, but who knows if she'll try to impersonate me elsewhere.

I don't know how to edit, but just to get this all straight, Keena is the person that contacted me asking about my geckos. She was talking to someone saying they were me (Belinda). She found the conversation odd and so she contacted me through my website. She e-mailed me to confirm who I was, and this is what happened.
 
No, the person interested in any geckos to begin with was nice enough to e-mail me to make sure she had the right person. Is there anything that can be done about her claiming to be me, without any business transactions actually taken?
 
One of the messages she sent:

"and there is no # on MY WEBSITE so what makes you think that u were not talking to me ????? hmmmmm be very careful who you accuse pick ur words VERY CAREFULLY !!!!"

Who is she to tell someone to pick their words carefully when I am the person she is trying to be? She's very sneaky and won't refrain from saying nasty things.
 
E-mail that I got today:

"you do know that slander is a very very serious thing we have a lawyer on call well not me but my sponsor does and i have a meeting tonight where i have to speak to people in a trailer park about there out of control feline problem and letting them view a movie and let them know about t.n.r. and while they are watching this movie we will be discussing how to handle you ! so i have been advised to not respond to your e-mails (so do not waste your time sending any they will be deferred to spam) you my little friend should really watch who you choose your battles with !!"

All I said in the e-mail that this was replying to was for her to go to MY website to see that notice I put up about her. She is still trying to say it's her website, I suppose that is what the slander comment meant.
 
I'm sorry for your troubles, Angel. If this was to somehow go to court, than she would most likely be the one getting in trouble. If you can produce some sort of proof that she can't that the site is yours, you may be able to TRY and persue attempted identity theft charges, or at the very least harrasment.

I take it that your website is in your name and all trails lead to you, if so then you have nothing to prove.

She obviously doesn't know the definition of slander since it would be libel, and her so called lawyer would know that.

I would consider filing impersonating and identity charges, or if she try's to make a transaction, there's these charges, false business practices, theft by perception

I'm not sure what else to tell you since I never heard of someone doing this.
 
How bizarre. I would recommend contacting your local attorney and asking what, if anything, can be done. Impersonating you can obviously have a negative impact on your business. I would imagine some sort of charges can be filed.
I would also strongly recommend changing any and all passwords you may have for internet sites. And run a credit report just to make sure.

I have whatever proof needed to prove that this is my site. I pay $15 every month for the domain, only I have accesss to login, and I update the site frequently. I made all of the pics and wrote all of the html for the entire site, so I have all of that backed up on my hard drive. I'm truly not so worried about her taking my site or getting any personal info like my social or bank account numbers.. She's not just a sandwhich short of a picnic, she showed up at the picnic without any food at all, if you know what I mean.

I got the number for the Internet Crimes Complaint Department, and so I am going to give them a call tomorrow to see what they can do, I'll keep everyone updated.
 
It really pains me to have to bring this thread up again. Needless to say, I never actually got around to reporting Belinda to the Internet Crimes people affiliated with the FBI because it required me to print out everything, and I had no printer ink.. (I know that is really stupid, but it's true).. I basically got over what happened, moved on with my life, and figured she would too. Well, boy was I wrong!!

Before anything else, I just want to explain this:

My account on king.com was deleted a LONG time ago. However, my fiance Mike kept his account on there because he loves the site, it's how he spends his free time. Anyway, he kept getting his account deleted by admin on King.com because of what was going on with Belinda and us. He created new account after new account, because all he wanted to do was play games on his favorite site. No matter how many new accounts he created, Belinda STILL found him on that site, and got him deleted again. So this last account he created, he decided to try to befriend her, using an alias. Well, it worked because now his account isn't getting deleted AND she has begun to tell him "as a friend" what she has planned to do to us...

Oh it gets BETTER!!

So as it turns out, not over 30 minutes ago, she posted all sorts of shit on our VERY OWN blog on our VERY OWN site!!!

I'm as nice as they come and it takes a lot to piss me off, but this woman has certainly pulled it off.

Here is what she has posted, on MY FUCKING WEBSITE! Note: she obviosuly has NEVER ordered ANY geckos from us, nor does she even know shit about leopard geckos to begin with.

Oh, and BTW.. I traced her IP address from the hundred e-mails that I have saved from this her over the past several months; and she is located in Sunnyvale, CA (although she claims to live in Ohio, but IP addresses don't lie). I did a simple people search for Belinda McDonald's in Sunnyvale, CA.. and GUESS WHAT!!! LMAO she came up!! I have her address AND her telephone number (not that I really need it). But ANYWAY.. here's what she's posted:

That's hilarious!!!!!!!!!!!! SHIT!!!!! Not only has she NEVER purchased from us (and why would we sell to her?), we haven't ever sold a breeding pair to ANYONE before. $900 later??? COME ON, WE DON'T EVEN SELL GECKO PAIRS THAT WOULD ADD UP TO $900!!!!! We have NEVER published our phone number, we handle customer service online only.

The rest just pisses me off so much that I am speechless beyond words right now :main_angry:

again be very smart when you but things on line even if they guarantee over night shipment i purchased two geckos from this web site and they were both very very sick this company would not refund any money nor help w/any medical bills they no longer take calls because i have tried to contact them to no avail then the phone contact was gone hmmm and the sad :-( thing was they came recommended just goes to show that even though someone comes recommended and has a web site does not make them reputable so please be very careful when dealing with this group or site especially fallenangels site they are the one in question as a matter of fact be safe save your money DO NOT BUY FROM THEM AT ALL !!!

Oh, and I can easily contact every person that has written "customer feedback" for me, and get their written statement that they themselves did indeed write the positive comments about us. We take pride in doing honest business.. she has crossed the line so fucking far now, this is fucking slander!!!!!!!!!!!

Now mind you, she says we won't leave HER alone!! She says she's sick of us hurting HER!!!! OMG!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I'm fucking pregnant, have big plans to move to northern CA; and needless to say, things in my life are FINALLY looking up after 7 years of dealing with depression and severe anxiety off and on. I really don't need this crap in my life right now!!! As angry as I am, I have also broken down to tears because of what is currently happening.

Oh, and I also ordered printer ink this morning... something I should have just done a LONG time ago.

King also does not provide the information that you supposedly have, I have already asked them for it. The only way they will disclose that info, is through a private investigation, which is going well under way.
